Batman

The Ring of Wax (1) - S1-E23

Other mistake: Riddler says that his "universal wax solvent" can eat through anything. Which begs the question, just what is that vat he cooks the stuff up in made of? We see the wax burn through solid steel vault doors. So it also ought to be eating through the vat, the floor and the bedrock, and sizzling its way down to the Earth's core. (00:07:00)

The Curse of Tut (1) - S1-E27

Other mistake: After King Tut's men deliver the statue, it's referred to as a Sphinx. Even Batman says, "Rather good imitation of the 4th Dynasty's Sphinx at Giza." Problem is, the Great Sphinx of Giza is a reclining lion with a human head. The statue in Gotham's park is a ram's head atop a seated human body, resembling Egyptian God Khnum, and looks nothing like the Egyptian Sphinx. Bruce Wayne is a member of Gotham City Museum's Board of Trustees, which recently opened the new exhibit of Egyptian antiquities. (00:10:35)

Fine Feathered Finks (1) - S1-E3

Other mistake: If the camera in the Penguin's cell is hidden and stationary, then the video taken from the cell should all be from the same angle, but not only does much of it move along with the Penguin as he paces, it also is much closer and at a lower angle. It only reverts back to being hidden when he notices it.

Instant Freeze (1) - S1-E7

Other mistake: When Mr. Freeze is moving through the room evaluating the diamonds, the tanks on his back can be fire extinguishers. There is no way that the "weapon" attached by hose to them will work, as the handles have to be squeezed to discharge.

Movie Nut

The Joker Is Wild (1) - S1-E5

Other mistake: The Joker's escape is so cartoonish and ridiculous you wouldn't even know where to start; besides the fact that the explosion somehow engulfs instantly the whole baseball field, the guard on top of the wall is following his movement with the gun, so he sees the Joker, therefore the smoke screen is useless, not more effective in any way than the mere surprise of a coil suddenly springing up from the ground.

The Penguin's a Jinx (2) - S1-E4

Other mistake: In the pre-credits recap of part 1 of the episode we see Bruce awake and staring in horror (with actually a super hilarious face) at the furnace. It was not part of the previous episode at all and in fact Bruce wakes up only in this second episode.

The Penguin's a Jinx (2) - S1-E4

Other mistake: Penguin is able to follow from his office the unconscious Bruce Wayne on the conveyor belt. Considering the angle and how it keeps perfect close-ups of the moving target, it would mean he has a security camera in the back of his shop that is pointed on the conveyor belt and is mounted on a dolly (and he is not doing anything to control it). Definitely wins him Evil Overlord points. (00:02:40)

The Penguin's a Jinx (2) - S1-E4

Other mistake: Penguin says that his sleeping gas' effect lasts 18 hours, but Bruce in his shop woke after mere minutes (sure, the extreme temperature helped him regain consciousness, but something as potent to knock you out for 18 hours with a small whiff can't completely lose effectiveness just because your feet are getting a little hot). Hi Diddle Riddle (1) - S1-E1

Other mistake: The photo of Riddler's arrest shown in the news has the same angle as what we saw, which is the polar opposite side of the corridor Riddler's hired photographers came from. (00:10:10 - 00:12:10)

Trivia: Originally, Batman villain Two-Face was going to appear in this show and was going to be portrayed by Clint Eastwood. Two-Face's backstory wouldn't have him as an attorney who had acid thrown in his face but instead have him as a news anchor who would have a stage light exploding resulting in his injuries and his transformation into a criminal.

More trivia for Batman

Answer: There were three well-known actors who played Mr. Freeze, each one a different height, weight, and physique. As these were notable guest stars, the costume designers would adapt the costume to best fit each actor who likely would want to avoid comparisons to the other Mr. Freezes, incorporate their preferences, as well as refresh the look, rework whatever didn't work in previous versions, and so on.
