Character mistake: Doug claims to be a Pisces, however during this episode when entering his birthday into the alarm system to disarm it he calls out 2-9-69 which shows he would be an Aquarius.
Continuity mistake: When Doug, Carrie, Deacon and Kelly are looking at the damage caused by the accident, the same kid in the black and red hat checking his watch walks by twice. (00:05:10)
Doug Heffernan: OK, I read somewhere that penguins are scared of walruses... So get down there and act like a walrus.
Deacon Palmer: OK so the two of us are up for the role of walrus, and I get it?
Trivia: The house that Doug visits to make a delivery and stays for a while is the same one that is used for the Heffermans' neighbours' house.
