Pit of Peril - S1-E2

Revealing mistake: When Scott has retrieved Virgil from the Pit using The Mole, when it reverses back onto its chassis above ground, you can see dust flying upwards from the ground. It is therefore obvious that this is footage played backwards. (00:39:05)

The Impostors - S1-E16

Revealing mistake: When the Air Force Officer says "There is, of course, no doubt that their plan succeeded" during the search operation press conference, the puppet behind him can be seen moving its mouth in sync with the dialogue as well.

Edge of Impact - S1-E5

Revealing mistake: In the shot that shows Jeff Tracy reading a newspaper, the date shown on the paper is 1964, however, the year the series is supposed to take place is in the mid to late 21st century.

Vault of Death - S1-E13

Revealing mistake: When Lady Penelope congratulates Parker in FAB1 after leaving the bank, the background shows that the car makes a sharp turn to the left, but Parker's steering wheel hardly moves.

Suggested correction: This is part of the art style of the show - the same reason everyone's eyes are so disproportionately large, it helps the viewer to see details that would otherwise be too small to spot.

Terror in New York City - S1-E4

Revealing mistake: When the Firefly is knocked back by an explosion after putting out the oil well fire, we see a view of Virgil in the cockpit. You can tell this shot is reversed as there is a back-to-front IR logo.

Pit of Peril - S1-E2

Revealing mistake: When the four US Army members are talking outside the US Army helicopter discussing the Sidewinder situation, there is a man in the helicopter who is someone else and not Helijet Pilot Charlie.
