Plot hole: In order to build up suspense, Virgil and Brains stand on the Crab Logger as its dangerous fuel is pumped out, despite the fact that it is hanging on the edge of a precipice. In fact they could have left as soon as they had plumbed in the pipes to empty the fuel tanks - the whole procedure is controlled by Scott in Thunderbird 1 and they make absolutely no contribution to the operation at all. They do not need to disconnect the pipes; they are left behind and dropped from Thunderbird 1 as planned. They just stand there chatting about how much danger they are in until jumping clear at the very last second. Silly buggers.
Plot hole: Crablogger designer Jim Lucas lives at 75 Sunnigale Road, Eppington Wood East, Somerset, according to the card that Penelope finds in the personnel files at Robotics International, but she reads it out to Parker as "20 Hazlemere Gardens, Iresham."
Continuity mistake: When Lady Penelope is speaking to the security guard at Robotics International, she is initially standing at the far end of the table but in the next shot she is now much closer to the guard.
Continuity mistake: When Jeff is speaking to Virgil and Brains at Tracy Island, Brains can be seen with his right hand on the desk, but when the camera angle changes, he now has his hand by his side.
Continuity mistake: When Parker pours Penelope a glass of sherry, the close-up shots of his human hand show he places the glass directly onto the table, but the wider shots of the puppets show the glass on Penelope's place mat with no time for it to have moved.
Visible crew/equipment: When Penelope pulls the cord to ring the alarm for Parker, look on the right side of your screen and you can see part of a crew man's finger holding Penelope's arm.
Continuity mistake: When we see a close-up of the saucepan containing the 'special' that Maria has prepared, you can see there is one only ladle in the pan, but in the next shot when Maria takes the pan off the stove, a spoon has suddenly appeared.
