Continuity mistake: When Thunderbird 2 lands on the London Heliport, the sky has suddenly changed from daylight to nighttime.
Continuity mistake: During the rescue operation, Thunderbird 2's wreckage grabber changes from being semi-circular with flat edges as TB2 flies over the water to being angular with teeth as it is being dropped down to the rocket.
Continuity mistake: When Brains collapses under the Hood's influence, he has nothing in his left hand, but when the Hood takes off his mask, we see Brains again, and this time a blue stone has appeared in his hand.
Continuity mistake: When we see a close-up of Light-Fingered Fred in the prison cell, the games of noughts & crosses on the wall behind him are completely different to the ones seen in previous shots.
Continuity mistake: When the laser vehicle leaves the pod and enters the plutonium store, you can see the cockpit has a windshield, but when Scott tells Virgil "We're gonna have to work fast", we cut to Virgil, and the windshield has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When Thunderbird 2 touches down on the sand to release Alan in his car, there is no "2" underneath its front section, but the number reappears when the pod is being released.
Continuity mistake: When Lady Penelope and Tin-Tin pause to turn on their ski thrusts as they return to the hotel from Olsen's chalet, it begins to snow, but the snow has stopped when they set off again just seconds later.
Continuity mistake: When we see the Hood destroying The Mighty Atom at the end of the episode, the control box is much closer to the device than it was in the previous shot.
Continuity mistake: When Jeff tells Alan it's time to relieve John in the space station, he's holding a cigar in his right hand, but after a quick cut to Alan saying "All set, father," we return to Jeff, and his cigar has suddenly disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Scott, Virgil and Gordon are playing snooker at Tracy Island, the balls on the snooker table change position between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Parker is sitting at the table waiting for his meal prepared by Lil, you can see that his knife is pointing to the left, but when Lil says "Now listen here, Nosey!" we cut back to Parker, and the knife is now facing straight.
Continuity mistake: In several wide shots of Thunderbird 1 and Eddie's tractor on the cliff, the yellow pins that were fired from TB1 earlier and the rock they were holding have disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Tin-Tin and Gordon are swimming in the pool at Tracy Island, the beach ball in the pool has nothing on it, but in the next shot when we see Virgil sitting down reading, the ball is thrown out of the pool and there are green stars on it.
Continuity mistake: When Scott is travelling to the pyramid in Thunderbird 1, his International Rescue hat keeps disappearing and reappearing between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Scott is at his control panel at the crash site in New York City, the top of the microphone keeps disappearing and reappearing between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Scott and Virgil contact Tracy Island and their reports are affected by a bad interference, Jeff is wearing his glasses, but later on in the scene they disappear.
Continuity mistake: When Wilson asks Lindsey in the jeep "Which way do you want to go?" you can see he is wearing his headphones, but after cutting to Lindsey, we return to Wilson and his headphones have disappeared.
The Duchess Assignment - S1-E21
Continuity mistake: The pod chosen for Thunderbird 2 in order to rescue the Duchess from the burning house is Pod 3, but if you look carefully when the Mole is coming out of the pod, you can see "Thunderbird 2 Pod 4".
Continuity mistake: Before boarding Thunderbird 3 to rescue Elliott, Scott is wearing a yellow suit and orange shirt, but just before blast-off we see him in his blue roll-neck sweater and checked jacket.
Continuity mistake: The long shots of Scott hanging out of the window/hatch of Thunderbird 1 as Wilson and Lindsey find him, shows white lettering around the window, but the close-ups show no white around the window at all.
