Continuity mistake: In the Thunderbird 2 hangar, Virgil selects Pod 5, but when the cliff face drops down, Pod 2 is on the right of Thunderbird 2 (instead of Pod 4, which it should be).
Continuity mistake: When we see The Hood's plane crashed into the General's mansion in a view from Thunderbird 1's cockpit window, there is a red car parked near the mansion covered in dust. But after Scott says that the stolen film could not have survived that smash, we cut back to the mansion and the dust on the red car has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Scott says goodbye to Goldheimer, you can that the cockpit window on Thunderbird 1 has bolts directly around it, but when Thunderbird 1 is pursuing the Hood a little later on, the cockpit window now has a metal border with bolts.
Continuity mistake: When Thunderbird 1 arrives at the danger zone, there are no markings down the length of the vehicle when it lands, but lettering appears after Scott calls for help with his equipment. This lettering is in a completely different font to that seen on the vehicle during the launch sequence.
Continuity mistake: When Lady Penelope and Tin-Tin pause to turn on their ski thrusts as they return to the hotel from Olsen's chalet, it begins to snow, but the snow has stopped when they set off again just seconds later.
Continuity mistake: When the door of Pod 1 opens after Jeff realises there is a saboteur on board, we see three vehicles in the pod and beside the Monobrake there is a red unit which has a windshield on it. However, when we see Chip appearing in the next shot, the windshield has gone.
Continuity mistake: When Morrison is looking out of the window in Chip's bedroom, he closes the shutters and walks away from the window, but in the next shot he is standing next to Chip's bed.
Continuity mistake: When Thunderbird 2 is inside the hangar, it unloads Pod 1, but the numeral on the puppet-sized pod door in the close-up shots doesn't match the one on the model pod seen in long-shot.
