Bupkis - S4-E24

Other mistake: Rob mentions Buzzy Potter to Sally and Buddy as if they knew him. Rob and Laura did the Army stuff way before working on the Alan Brady show. Also, there was no mention of Buzzy Potter anywhere else in the series. There for Sally and Buddy wouldn't have known Buzzy, but Millie would have known him.

Suggested correction: No, the Petries buy the house with the rock, but swap it with their best friends and buy the house next door. Therefore Jerry and Millie have the rock in the basement.

Rob has to pay half the cost for Jerry to seal his basement every year. The reason why is because Rob's rock redirects water that ends up flooding Jerry's basement.

The Petries did buy the house with the rock. At the end of the episode Rob explains how their rock caused flooding in the Helper's basement.

Your Home Sweet Home is My Home Sweet Home - S4-E25

Factual error: When Rob is on the phone with the Realtor guy they talk about what the Petrie's soon to be house will look like, what's in it, what won't be in it. Yet neither of the houses (Petries and Helpers) are the same in any of the episodes and none of the stuff that is mentioned in this episode are in any episode no sling chairs, no pine wood or panelling etc. The 2 houses are completely different.

Never Bathe on Saturday - S4-E27

Other mistake: When Laura is stuck in the bathtub, she tells Rob "there's a full length mirror on the back of the door" Rob runs full speed right into the door with his shoulder. Yet with his weight, height, BMI he would have immediately knocked the mirror off the door the 1st hit, not after the 3rd time when Rob put his elbow on the door. Also the mirror wouldn't have taken 9 seconds to finally fall with the height of the door. (00:17:34 - 00:18:26)

Never Bathe on Saturday - S4-E27

Continuity mistake: The bathroom door that Rob shot the knob off with the gun is not there in 1 scene, but suddenly reappears a little bit later back on the door, he's able to open and close the door with ease when he is in the bathroom with Laura while she's getting out of the tub. (00:20:30 - 00:22:00)

Never Bathe on Saturday - S4-E27

Other mistake: When Laura is in the bathtub you do not hear the water running, or the water draining from the tub. Also, Laura's foot size (a size 6-7 same size as my foot size) would be too small to get stuck in the faucet. Also, when Laura and Rob are at their house if Laura's big toe was actually stuck in the faucet her toe would have been hurting bad enough to not put her shoe back on, but both shoes were on.

100 Terrible Hours - S4-E28

Revealing mistake: When Rob is talking on the radio, and says something along the lines of WOFF the station with (then a long pause while he plays a car sound) drive. The On the Air sign goes off before he says drive. He was still on the air.

Pam-I-am

Suggested correction: Of course he does. He is punch drunk from the lack of sleep. That's the point.

On hour 24 Rob couldn't even say the rhyme at all, he also sounded slightly drunk, also his lower eye lids got dark. I have been up for 48 hours before and my eye lids never turned that color also I didn't act slightly drunk like that either. So it's not actually true to life here.

1) You can't assume your personal experiences is typical of everyone's. 2) I doubt your experience was very funny. In a comedy, stupidity overrides "true to life."

More like dumbness overrides "true to life." I'm pretty sure that falling down the stairs is funny to some people (which is what I did).

100 Terrible Hours - S4-E28

Other mistake: The record that is to Rob's right (our left) isn't spinning while the base part under it is, until Rob puts the ceramic coffee cup on the record. Notice that ceramic coffee cup is also the same coffee cup that Rob threw away in the episode "Your Home Sweet Is My Home"

Suggested correction: So you are claiming that they somehow rigged the turntable so it would spin without spinning the record until he put the cup down on it. For what reason? No only does this error defy common sense, it is obviously wrong if you watch the episode. The record is spinning. You can see the variations in the highlights on the surface as it does so. Also, it is not a ceramic cup, it is a paper cup, complete with a folding paper handle. And it in no way resembles any cup used in "Your Home Sweet Home is My Home."

I did great! I forgot which episode I saw the same cup in.

A Show of Hands - S4-E29

Revealing mistake: If Rob and Laura actually did dye their hands not only would their hands be black but so would their wedding rings. Also, while Laura is "using water" on her hands you can tell she wasn't using water or soap because her hands aren't wet and there isn't any soap to be seen at all... You only see the dish rag. (Same for when Rob does the same thing later on). (00:06:07)

Baby Fat - S4-E30

Other mistake: Buddy's dog is also the same dog for everyone else. They are all German Shepherds. Except for Millie and Jerry's dog we have never seen him/her ever. Yet they say that they have a dog too.

No Rice at My Wedding - S5-E4

Other mistake: Sam tells Rob "Laura could be late because of the rain". Yet neither Sam, Laura, Millie or Clark had any wet clothes, jackets, hats etc. Rob was the only one that had gotten soaking wet. Also when looking into the window he taps on the glass with a white glove (which he didn't have on when he got into her house).

Laura Petrie: You wanna end up another Dwight Heatherton, go ahead.
Rob Petrie: Who's that?
Laura Petrie: Dwight Heatheron happens to be an excellent writer who is unknown because he gets no publicity.
Rob Petrie: Then how do you know him?
Laura Petrie: Oh Rob, he's famous.
