Every Bundy Has a Birthday - S7-E3

Revealing mistake: At the park when Al hits the rich man, he goes down like he was knocked out. Soon after, Seven punches the kid. In the background the rich man is actually sitting up on his side and he looks at Al and Seven, then as the camera pans towards him, he lies down on his side like he is passed out again.

Frat Chance - S7-E6

Continuity mistake: When Bud is talking about this being the year he will get a real girl, he drinks from the carton of milk and spills some on his shirt. Next time they show him the spot on his shirt is dry. The next it's wet again, and it goes back and forth for the entire scene.

Rock of Ages - S7-E9

Continuity mistake: In this episode, Al has taken on the persona of Axel Bundy, a rock star, so he can fly first class with older rock stars. But before they start a jam in the first class lounge pre-flight, one of them calls him AL when he's prodding Al to join the group when all they knew him by was the name Axel.

Old College Try - S7-E11

Factual error: Bud goes to Marcy's bank to cash his college grant check for $25,000. She gets side tracked by Jefferson, takes the check, then gives Bud his own checkbook. Bud leaves the bank and Al and Peg come in and make a deposit on his college fund. The teller gives them a receipt showing there's $25,000 in the account. Not possible considering Marcy has the check and with a check that big, there's a wait period.

Un-Alful Entry - S7-E20

Other mistake: The Bundys never lock their front door the entire series, but a burglar has to use a crow bar to open the sliding glass door out back.

Un-Alful Entry - S7-E20

Revealing mistake: The burglar uses a crow bar to open the sliding glass door. You can plainly see him "pretending" he had to use it when it just opens easily. He didn't really pry it open.

Movie Show - S7-E21

Revealing mistake: When everyone is standing at the snack bar eating all the food you can plainly see all the candy boxes are empty and already open even though they were sealed when the cashier put them on the counter.

Tis Time to Smell the Roses - S7-E23

Other mistake: When Al talks about the man who bought the shoe store he wanted to buy, he says the same guy bought the store he used to work at and got his old job back. However, Gary is a woman who owned the store before this episode and again afterwards for the remaining episodes. So it couldn't have been bought by a man because Gary the woman still owns it.

Old Insurance Dodge - S7-E24

Continuity mistake: The stolen Dodge is a 1974 model. Peggy tells Kelly that she was conceived in it. However, the episode "Christmas" (Season 7, Episode 12) has a flashback to Christmas 1974, showing both Kelly and Bud. Kelly's height had been marked on a door since 1972.

Old Insurance Dodge - S7-E24

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the Bundys are riding around the city in their loaner Lincoln Town Car, you can see an unlit Klieg light on top of one of the buildings revealing that one of their rare outdoor locations is actually on the back lot.

The Proposition - S7-E26

Other mistake: Al eats a slice of pizza. But if you look in the box there's a small piece taken from the center of the pizza. He picked up a full size slice with crust.

Peg: Hi honey. Did you miss me?
Al: With every bullet so far.

Answer: It's implied that Steve filed for divorce since in s04e16, "You Gotta Know When to Hold 'Em", Marcy says that Steve is suing for alimony. Alimony is something that has to be requested when filing for divorce. Although the show doesn't spend time on the actual legal proceedings of their divorce.
