Continuity mistake: Max tackles Hubble, who loses his grip on the gun as they drop to the ground, but the sound of the gun hitting the ground occurs slightly after the shot where it does so. Moreover, Hubble is still holding the gun tightly as Max tackles him, but it has somehow traveled several feet and completely stopped moving by the time they hit the ground less than a second later. Continuity mistake: Hubble describes pulling into the Peppers Cafe, then turns to Max and says accusingly, "You know that, don't you?" In the next shot, he's facing forward again. (00:35:35)

In the shot as he reaches River Dog, he's approaching from a completely random location between trailers, nowhere near the entrance to his home or the car. Continuity mistake: When Max is drunk on Liz's balcony, he draws a heart with his and Liz's initials in it. Then he lights it with his hand. Later, while Maria's singing, they show a flashback of him lighting it with the opposite hand.
Suggested correction: It wasn't a flashback, he went back there and re-lit it, using his other hand.

Revealing mistake: Throughout the scene where Max interrogates Pierce, the projector changes slides at irregular intervals with no one touching it. (00:22:50)
