Continuity mistake: At the restaurant where Max, Michael and Isabel are talking, Max is sitting at the end of the table. Isabel walks up with her food and sits down right next to him. The tables have bench seats, so she can't just sit down - she would have to step high over the bench or sit on the other end and slide next to him. (00:13:05)
Continuity mistake: When Liz and Alex are in jail and talking through the bars, you can see in several scenes that the bars are evenly spaced about 4 inches apart. Then there is a closeup of Liz and a bar is missing in front of here face. It appears wide enough for her head to fit through. Continuity mistake: When Michael is trying to copy the fingerprints of the dead agent, Nasedo uses his power to transform Michael's outfit, which includes a jean jacket, into a suit and tie. When Nasedo hands him the comb, in the shot facing Michael he is in the suit and tie, but in the shot from behind Michael you still see him in the jean jacket. They show these camera angles twice.
Continuity mistake: When Liz gets shot she is lying on the floor in a certain position, but in the second shot of her lying on the floor she is lying in a totally different position.

Continuity mistake: When Max and Liz climb out of the river at the beginning, they walk through one of two large drainage pipes next to each other. There is only one pipe on the other side. (00:04:45)

Continuity mistake: Max tackles Hubble, who loses his grip on the gun as they drop to the ground, but the sound of the gun hitting the ground occurs slightly after the shot where it does so. Moreover, Hubble is still holding the gun tightly as Max tackles him, but it has somehow traveled several feet and completely stopped moving by the time they hit the ground less than a second later. Continuity mistake: Hubble describes pulling into the Peppers Cafe, then turns to Max and says accusingly, "You know that, don't you?" In the next shot, he's facing forward again. (00:35:35)
