Continuity mistake: When Max is drunk on Liz's balcony, he draws a heart with his and Liz's initials in it. Then he lights it with his hand. Later, while Maria's singing, they show a flashback of him lighting it with the opposite hand.

Continuity mistake: At the end, when Ms. Topolsky is kidnapped by the special unit in the woods, the agent who grabs her gets out of the car on one side but when he gets back in with her he gets in on the opposite side.

Continuity mistake: When Michael, Alex, and Maria examine the camera in the kitchen, Maria turns to her right, the camera view shows her facing forward and swaying to her left, then cut back to her face and she's still facing to her right. (00:31:35)

Factual error: When Nasedo kidnaps Liz, he stops in a gas station to leave the FBI another clue. As he is pulling into the station, the sign above the gas pumps misspells the word "brakes" as "breaks."

Continuity mistake: When Isabel is in hysterics after she enters Max's mind to help locate him, Michael is holding her head in his hands. His hands abruptly vanish when she finishes talking about Pierce. (00:13:10)

Continuity mistake: When Michael is trying to copy the fingerprints of the dead agent, Nasedo uses his power to transform Michael's outfit, which includes a jean jacket, into a suit and tie. When Nasedo hands him the comb, in the shot facing Michael he is in the suit and tie, but in the shot from behind Michael you still see him in the jean jacket. They show these camera angles twice.

Continuity mistake: When Max and Liz climb out of the river at the beginning, they walk through one of two large drainage pipes next to each other. There is only one pipe on the other side. (00:04:45)
