King of the Hill mistake picture

Bystand Me - S10-E2

Continuity mistake: The scene where Minh and Kahn are sitting together, they look into each other's eyes. When she is not looking right into his eyes, she has no earrings, when she looks into his eyes, she has earrings, then it zooms out and shows her with no earrings. (00:04:30)

Show generally

Continuity mistake: The ages of Hank, Peggy, and Didi (Hank's stepmother) are inconsistent throughout the show. In the season one episode "Shins of the Father", Hank states that Didi went to kindergarten with him, so they are the same age. In the season four episode "Peggy Hill: The Decline and Fall", Hank mentions that Didi is three years older than Peggy. Therefore Hank is also three years older than Peggy, if he and Didi were in the same kindergarten class. Finally, in the season five episode "Luanne Virgin 2.0", Hank says that he and Peggy were already married when they were eighteen. This is not possible if he and Didi are the same age and went to kindergarten together. He would have had to marry a fifteen-year-old Peggy if he was married by age eighteen.

De-Kahnstructing Henry - S3-E13

Continuity mistake: When Hank walks into Luly's men's room, Hank's watch is on his left wrist, Kahn's hair is parted on his right side, the stalls are to Hank's right and urinals to Hank's left (same side as his watch). Some of the following shots show them in the mirror's reflection. After Kahn says, "Times hard, but Minh's a fighter, they be ok," it cuts to a particularly odd shot of Hank and Kahn. The entire bathroom we see behind them is backwards, as if it's the mirror's reflection shot (stalls and urinals on the opposite sides), but Hank's and Kahn's watch and hair part are on the correct sides, which is not possible if it were a reflection. De-Kahnstructing Henry - S3-E13

Continuity mistake: When Hank and Kahn are together in Luly's men's room, there is a good view of the bathroom's walls, ceiling etc. Beside the door there are only six rows of tiles between the wall and floor, there is no molding at the top of the wall, and so on. A bit later, there are at least seven rows of tiles, and suddenly there is crown molding between the ceiling and wall, and so forth. (00:19:00)

Love Hurts and So Does Art - S3-E18

Continuity mistake: Whilst Hank is trying to take the painting off the wall from the gallery, the artist has his hands by his chin. As Hank is being dragged away in the following shot, the artist is being held up by a guy behind him. Its too quick for him to have changed positions that quickly and looks like part of the scene must have been deleted as the change is too large to have been missed.

Hank's Choice - S5-E15

Continuity mistake: When we see Bobby talking to Hank about the allergy test there are lots of black marks (dots for the allergy test) on Bobby's back and one red circle around one of them. As Hank is looking at them there is a shot from behind Bobby and the red circle has gone.

I Don't Want to Wait - S5-E2

Continuity mistake: When Bobby runs after Connie, (just before she gets in the truck with Joseph) you can see the front door of the Hill's house is open to the left. Even though in the shot before Connie runs out (and every other episode) the door opens to the right.

Won't You Pimai Neighbor? - S4-E18

Continuity mistake: As Hank and Bobby are leaving the reverend's office, Hank puts his hands on Bobby's shoulders and is at an angle away from the reverend. In the next shot from the reverend's angle we can see he is facing her and the position has changed from the previous shot.

Take Me out of the Ball Game - S3-E24

Continuity mistake: As Bobby slides into the girl scout's box of cookies with his bike, there is a lock box (to the right of the desk) and some cookies on the desk (to the left of the desk) and are spread apart from each other. A few shots later when you see the desk again they are now side by side.

Ho Yeah! - S5-E13

Continuity mistake: When Peggy and Hank are looking the mirror, as Peggy says "We look like a couple of movie stars", her hair is its normal reddish-brown color, but her reflection in the mirror has lighter, more dull brown hair.

Take Me out of the Ball Game - S3-E24

Continuity mistake: After Peggy loads the bases in the final game after a wild pitch strikes one of the women, you can see her hair is blonde. In the next shot when Mr. Strickland comes to see Hank the girl who got walked has brown hair and in a ponytail. The woman went straight to first base, plus there was not enough time between shots for a pinch runner to replace her.

Joust like a Woman - S6-E9

Continuity mistake: After Peggy throws the tomato at King Philip you see it lands on the badge on his jacket. Most of the tomato lands about the top of his badge and seems to set on the top part. A few scenes later when Peggy is being put in the stocks for punishment you see Philip again and the stain has moved down the badge. Most notably the tomato stain looks larger and a large chunk of it has moved below the badge onto the shirt.

Won't You Pimai Neighbor? - S4-E18

Continuity mistake: When Hank looks at his invitation he reads the writing in it. The next shot you can see the writing on the card as if Hank had turned the card over pointing towards the ground. However there was not enough time between shots for him to have turned it around.

De-Kahnstructing Henry - S3-E13

Continuity mistake: When Peggy is returning the blue bowl to Minh she is holding the bowl and is outside the glass sliding door at Khan's house. The shot then shows Minh and goes back to Peggy where she is now standing inside the house and didn't move at all during the shot of Minh.

Ho Yeah! - S5-E13

Continuity mistake: As Cotton is trying to guess where he has seen Tammy before, you can see Tammy has one wristband on her right hand. In the next shot she now has two wristbands on that hand. After this shot it returns back to just one wristband.

Be True to Your Fool - S7-E19

Deliberate mistake: Hank only discovers the tattoo on the back of his head after having his hair shaved off. There is no way, however, he wouldn't have noticed it before this. The tattoo artist had to shave hair off the back of his head before putting on the tattoo. While he might have not realised right away, the pain the following day and the fact that he would have noticed a large part of his hair missing would make it unavoidable.

Trivia: One of the show's creators made a cartoon about a retarded pig. Boomhauer's voice is based on the voice of an angry viewer who called when he was offended by the cartoon.

Suggested correction: The person was actually complaining about "Beavis and Butthead." For some reason, they called the show "Porky's Butthole."
