Redcorn Gambles with His Future - S9-E11
Other mistake: In the season four episode "Nancy Boys", when Nancy calls John Redcorn and tells him that she wants him back, he says, "I'm thirty-six years old. I don't need this crap." But here while John is talking to Hank, he mentions waking up one day and realizing that he is forty. If four years had passed since his break-up with Nancy, then Bobby and Joseph would now be sixteen and at least sophomores in high school, but they are still in middle school.
Gone with the Windstorm - S9-E13

Clothes rail with many clothes hanging on it. Finally an assortment of objects on the ground. When Hank leaves and the father is wondering where his son has disappeared to we see inside the cupboard again. Everything including the shelf, clothes and clothes rail have disappeared. The only thing remaining is one small box in the left corner.
Bystand Me - S10-E2

Bystand Me - S10-E2
Continuity mistake: The scene where Minh and Kahn are sitting together, they look into each other's eyes. When she is not looking right into his eyes, she has no earrings, when she looks into his eyes, she has earrings, then it zooms out and shows her with no earrings. (00:04:30)
Bystand Me - S10-E2
Continuity mistake: When Bobby encounters Harv at the Get In Get Out mini-mart, Harv's fingerless gloves vanish and reappear a few times until Bobby leaps into Dale's van. (00:11:00)
Bystand Me - S10-E2
Continuity mistake: While Hank, Peggy, and Bobby are asking for help picking up the papers with the dangerous ammonia and bleach recipe, a person in back of the group they are talking to that was originally wearing a dark red hat, red shirt, and blond hair switches to a pink, light blue shirt, and brown hair. A window also suddenly appears behind this individual, where there wasn't one before. (00:17:49 - 00:18:11)
Plot hole: Bobby teaches Peggy to ride a bike, but previous episodes show Peggy riding a bicycle, and once she rode across the entire town.

You Gotta Believe (In Moderation) - S10-E7
Continuity mistake: As Ace hands back the giant cheque at the end, take a look at the 'pay to the order of'. It reads "The Winners" but in the next shot it reads "The Winner's".
The Year of Washing Dangerously - S10-E9
Continuity mistake: Peggy is looking out the kitchen window into the Gribble household, which is wrong. Khan lives on the kitchen side of the Hill household. The Gribbles live on the garage side.
Character mistake: Genealogist is misspelled as "geneologist" in this episode.
Plot hole: It makes no sense why the producer has not got Hank to sign a release form or even talked about it. Throughout the episode Hank is upset by the fact that Dusty's reality show is featuring him. While Hank might not be aware of a release form, the producer would be fully aware if Hank did not sign one all the footage and most of the show would be unusable. Being that Hank was so against the project, this would also make it a riskier move.
Audio problem: As the ZZ top members are trying to convince Bobby about staying in school, there is a distinct microphone error after Frank speaks. When he says "and the presidents", you can hear it quite distinctively. It is as if he spoke too close to the microphone at the end of his sentence.
Continuity mistake: While Hank is reminiscing about the car with his father he is in the garage and does not realise he is being filmed by the cameras. The following scene, the filming crew is watching the footage in the truck and the shot shows the camera angle is now different and would only be possible if Hank was standing in the alley outside his house.
Continuity mistake: Peggy's sitting on the couch in her teacher's garb. Yet moments later when she and Bobby rush outside she's back in her usual outfit.
Lucky's Wedding Suit - S11-E12
Plot hole: In the previous episode, Bill had completely bulked up and then suffered a ruptured rectum, which would sideline him for six months. He remarks that by the time six months pass, all his muscle growth would be gone. This episode shows him to be back to his regular physique, and given the fact that it was established earlier in the season that Luanne was pregnant, the fact that she has no visible baby bump (her belly is still completely flat) suggests six months have not passed, meaning Bill could not have reverted to his flabby physique so quickly.
Continuity mistake: Hank, Bobby and Peggy are eating at Sugarfoots. On their table, there is a mayo container. Peggy starts talking, and then it shows a close-up of Hank. Then there is a shot of the table again. This time, there is a mustard bottle in the same position and shape as the mayo. The mayo is gone.
Answer: Jeffrey Boomhauer is a Texas Ranger as can be seen in the final episode at the end when he sets his wallet down, it flips open revealing a Texas Ranger badge.
