The next few scenes include Rachel arriving at the hospital and being taken to the dentist and for a dual makeovers by Cynthia. When Mark is walking by the same clock with Herb the lawyer, it reads 2:30. He then says goodbye to Herb and his ex-wife arrives to pick up Rachel, who is now back in the ER with Cynthia. The clock times do not reflect the sequence of scenes.
