Be it Ever So Mortgaged - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: After Darrin arrives at the house and Sam goes outside to greet him and Endora disappears from the living room, there is no carpet runner/protector on the carpet leading to the patio door and the folding style patio door blinds are totally folded. When Darrin and Sam come into the house looking for Endora the carpet runner is there and the patio door blinds are partially open.
Continuity mistake: When Darrin steps outside for the morning paper, neighbor Dora O' Riley is working on the lettering of her mailbox. Darrin gets locked out of his house. He goes to a window, turns back to Dora and says "I got locked out". The lettering on the mailbox is completely different. (00:00:48 - 00:01:27)
Continuity mistake: The front door changes color and style from white to green then back to white at the end of the show when Larry is talking to Darrin.
A Very Special Delivery - S2-E2
Continuity mistake: When Darrin and Samantha are in a bar with a man eating popcorn. The place mat changes position and the drink moves closer to the man from one shot to the next.
Continuity mistake: When Aunt Clara tells Sam not to worry about Darrin because she has her book of spells, there's a closeup of the book with its binding facing left and Clara pointing to the large title "Spells and Incantations" on its cover, but in other shots Clara's holding the book with its binding facing right (we see Vol. 7 on the binding) so the cover is facing the opposite way, and there is no title on the cover. (00:14:00)
Continuity mistake: Aunt Clara crashes into the pagoda and is helped up by Darrin and Samantha. They head inside and you can see Aunt Clara's purse sitting in the pagoda to the bottom left. But when all three enter the house, Aunt Clara is now carrying her purse. (01:14:00 - 01:20:00)
Samantha's Witchcraft Blows a Fuse - S8-E25
Continuity mistake: The hole (square cut out) is visible in the carpet before they fall through. Also, when Dr. Bombay "cures" Samantha and she floats, the hole in the floor beside the couch is gone. Dr. Bombay fixed the floor in the next shot (when asked). The floor without the hole is visible when Dam floats up and when Darrin and Bombay walk over to her.

Continuity mistake: When Samantha goes back to the 15th century, Geri O'Toole is wearing a yellow dress. When Samantha pops back home, Darrin is wearing Thea Ames hit but Geri is wearing a pink dress. It all happened the same afternoon/evening. Geo should still be wearing the same yellow dress.
George Washington Zapped Here (1) - S8-E21

Continuity mistake: Louise's outfits change. She's wearing a yellow shirt outfit when she first arrives. It changes when Samantha sends her back. If she is sent back she should be wearing the same yellow outfit.
Continuity mistake: Louise and Larry have been married 10 years. When Louise gets pregnant in Season 1 ep 12 she says she has been married for 14 years. So this would be their 16th anniversary.
Hippie, Hippie, Hooray - S4-E21
Continuity mistake: In season 4 episode 10 (That Was No Chick, That Was My Wife) Louise and Larry met Serena when Sam was explaining why she was home and not Chicago. Then in this episode neither Larry nor Louise know about Serena.
The Good Fairy Strikes Again - S7-E16
Continuity mistake: The tomato juice stains on the Good Fairy's dress alternate between very dark and faded from shot to shot. (00:23:10)
Continuity mistake: In "Double Split" Larry says that he gets hives when he plays golf. In following episodes, Larry Tate golfs with Darrin, and feels fine. (00:24:20)
Answer: Larry had been telling Darrin what it means psychologically that Samantha gave the coat away. Larry said giving it away meant she's happy being married but if she liked the coat it means she desires to be single and carefree. So when Darrin sees the coat, he immediately thinks Samantha doesn't want to be married and the fact that she twitched it means (in his mind) she wants to be a single, carefree witch again.
