Plot hole: When Dawn enters Clark's body, she slaps Chloe in the face with the back of the hand, and Chloe goes flying. A few minutes later, we see Chloe get up and say that she's fine. Getting backhanded by Clark would make you very far from fine. First of all, Clark can knock someone out just by tapping them on the forehead, as seen in a previous episode. Second, Dawn has no idea of Clark's powers, so she would have used way more force than she actually needed to. The amount of force inflicted from the attack should have caused fatal injuries to Chloe. There's not even a cut or bruise or anything.
Continuity mistake: When Clark is faced with Nathan Dean at the Auto Wrecking lot, Nathan says "In a minute, neither one of you will care," (regarding Pete Ross' whereabouts). The next shot is of the blue car that Pete is trapped in with the windows blown out. Then the shot goes back to Clark and Nathan, and the cars fall onto Nathan. Clark is then listening for Pete and when we see a shot of the blue car being crushed, this time we see the windows being smashed.
Continuity mistake: Tina's grip on Lana's necklace changes as she stands over Lana's body. (00:37:30)
Continuity mistake: During the scene where Clark and Knox fight, Knox smashes his blue container with his weapon. Shortly after this, there is a shot where he is looking in horror at what he'd done and behind him, Chloe is struggling with her ankle cuffs. She appears to be wearing shoes in this frame, whereas before and after, she is barefoot.
Continuity mistake: While Clark and Zod/Lex are fighting in the field, the blood on Clark's right cheek changes throughout the scene, from disappearing, to smudging, to thick blots. (00:30:00)
Continuity mistake: As Trent and Lionel talk, while Lionel is in the hospital bed, when the camera is behind Trent his shoulder and neck are barely illuminated and is in shadow as the camera is looking down on Lionel. When the camera is looking up at Trent, even though he has not moved, his shoulder and neck are now brightly lit and shows no sign of a shadow.
Continuity mistake: As Lana and Lex are talking, as Lana says "Actually, umm, I came by because.". In the middle of her going "umm" there is a camera change. Before the change Lana has her right hand on the arm of the seat. After the change she now has her right hand scratching her head.
Continuity mistake: There are several close up shots of the syringe that Dr. Hamilton is using to threaten Pete with and you can see that it is made of plastic. Clark uses his heat vision to overheat the syringe causing it to burst but the sound the syringe makes when it bursts is that of a glass syringe and not the plastic one he was actually using.
Phoenix (2) - S3-E2
Plot hole: When Edge needs the vial of Clark's blood back, Edge holds Clark's parents hostage. Clark decides to use a sharp piece of kryptonite rock to cut his skin and give Edge a new sample. When Clark picks it up, and when he places the kryptonite rock on his skin, he shows no sign of the usual effects of the rock which include the green lines radiating up his arms.
Vortex (2) - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: When Clark, Pete and Chloe were looking for Clark's father in the woods, Pete says: 'the twister must have dropped it here' and we see Chloe holding the map in her right hand. Cut to a different angle (as Clark runs towards the screen) and in the background we see Chloe holding the map with her left hand instead.
Continuity mistake: While researching Greg with Chloe, Clark changes from one hand on the computer mouse to arms crossed and back. (00:34:00)
Character mistake: While Clark and Chloe are at Daily Planet, Clark asks her what is wrong with her mother. Chloe responds that her mother left when she was twelve years old. In the episode Lineage, Chloe and Clark are looking for Rachael Dunleavy and Chloe says her mother left when she was five.
Factual error: Lana says the theme of her mother's prom was Saturday Night Fever, but she was in the class of 1977. Prom would take place sometime before graduation (which would be in May, maybe June), likely February or March. Filming for "Saturday Night Fever" didn't even begin until March 1977.
Revealing mistake: While Lana is listening to her Mother's graduation speech she reaches up to her neck for her meteor rock necklace. Her hands do not reach far enough back to unclasp the necklace yet the necklace comes off anyway.
Continuity mistake: When Lucas is in the Luthor mansion talking to Lionel and Lex, he picks up and inspects the samurai sword, then returns it to the holder, hanging it on one peg by the strap. In the next immediate shot, it is resting between the pegs, as it was before he picked it up.
Revealing mistake: In the early scene with the baby, there are a few overhead shots of the parents and child. It is clear that in these shots a fake baby was used - he is completely motionless, even though he was moving arms and legs before and after and is crying. (00:02:00 - 00:03:15)
Answer: No, there is no such character in the comics. He's a "meteor-freak" like all the other baddies on the show. The sound has something to do with him vibrating his vocal cords very fast to create a high-pitched squeal.
