Continuity mistake: When Rorf and Rorg are firing at John and D'Argo who are pinned down in an area with no "back door," the lens surface on John's goggles are scratched/cracked, but once John makes the comment about soldiers of fortune and Aeryn walks out, the small holes on both lenses are now perfectly intact.

Visible crew/equipment: After Aeryn tells Furlow that she cannot see, it cuts to Zhaan as she enters the command deck, and when Rygel asks her if she's fully clothed Rygel lifts his arms to cover his eyes, and we can see both of the puppeteer's arms up in both of Rygel's sleeves.

Visible crew/equipment: After Aeryn and John escape the pull of the wormhole it cuts to Rygel on his hoverchair, and when D'Argo walks in we can see the black hinged base under Rygel's hoverchair that enables it to move across the set's floor.

Revealing mistake: While John and Aeryn are in the module, which is leaking plasma, just as Pilot tells them that Moya does not want to put her baby at risk, we can see the puppeteer rods controlling Pilot's arms as they move.
Visible crew/equipment: During Kcrackic and Rygel's Tadek game, after Zhaan tells them they have nothing left to bet, when Rygel wagers Moya we can see three of the puppeteer's wire cables running up Rygel's sleeve.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the start, while Rygel's annoying Zhaan and D'Argo by banging the noisy Y-rod against the Tadek board, when Rygel says, "It may be preferable to this mind-numbing tedium," the wavy dark hair of the puppeteer can be seen behind Rygel. Then later, when Zhaan says that she will strive to keep Kcrackic distracted, as Rygel's smoking the hookah we can see the movement of the puppeteer's arm under Rygel's robe.
Visible crew/equipment: Zhaan is talking to Tahleen as they've recently landed on the planet. When Tahleen says, "Perhaps our many cycles of reclusion contributed to an error in judgment," you can see the shadow from the camera moving on Zhaan.
Visible crew/equipment: After Tahleen alters John's memory of himself as a young boy playing in the water, and then Aeryn tells John that he's the most bizarre creature she's ever met, when it cuts back to Moya as Rygel joins D'Argo, you can see the head and movement of one of Rygel's puppeteers as D'Argo and Rygel are talking.
Visible crew/equipment: In the bottom left hand corner of the screen during the overhead shots of the celebration fire, you can see a camera, with white film canisters on a lower boom. (00:37:00 - 00:38:00)
Visible crew/equipment: After the pod has landed on the planet, when D'Argo and Rygel experience power loss, the hoverchair looses power and Rygel's thrown into the dirt. Then as Rygel shouts, "D'Argo? Where are you going?" the head of the puppeteer, who's wearing a knit cap, can be seen at the right side of the screen.
Continuity mistake: When Lishala gives John the map of the sky she asks him where his home world is, and John picks up a very small stone, but in the closeup he's holding a much larger stone in his hand, then in the wide shot it's small again before he throws it.
Visible crew/equipment: After Chiana is hurt John goes after Durka in the hangar bay. When Durka fires at John he leaps to take cover, we can see the blue crash mat that John lands on.
Visible crew/equipment: After John rolls the bomb and it explodes under the Nebari ship that Durka's on, when Zhaan shouts at Pilot, "Close the doors!" we can see the puppeteer rod under Pilot's arm as he's trying to shut the doors.
Visible crew/equipment: After the explosion Aeryn shouts for D'Argo to meet her in the maintenance bay, and two shots later while Rygel is on his hoverchair, we can see behind him the equipment/crew member pushing him forward.
Revealing mistake: When John and Aeryn are walking up to the safehouse you can see make-up mixed in with the rain dripping off John's nose.

Visible crew/equipment: This episode begins in the galley, and while everyone's eating and talking the camera moves around the table following their conversation, and when the camera passes Rygel, or even Zhaan, we can see the head and/or movement of the puppeteer behind Rygel.

Visible crew/equipment: After the four Moyas come together in the same plane of existence everyone appears at Pilot's console, and when Pilot says, "I fail to see the source of your amusement," we can see the puppeteer rods under one of Pilot's left arms.

Visible crew/equipment: After Rygel, D'Argo, and Aeryn vanish, when John's in the command center talking to Pilot, when it cuts to Pilot in his den just as Pilot says, "Officer Sun in maintenance bay 3," we can see the puppeteer rod under Pilot's arm as it moves about.
Visible crew/equipment: When Pilot is closing all the doors, in one shot you can see a hand closing the door. (00:40:50)
Visible crew/equipment: While the intellant virus is using John as a host, when John joins Hassan in the apothecary, just as Hassan says, "This is quite a collection of herbs and spices. Who uses them?" the boom mic dips into view at the top of the screen.
Chosen answer: It's never explained. John mentions a theory that his less technologically developed craft simply interferes with the wormhole less than the "superior" Vipers, but they never make a concrete determination on that point. But we also have to take into account the fact that Moya traverses wormholes with no ill effect as well.
