Other mistake: When Mario, Luigi and Toad are speeding to get to the rebel fort, Toad tells Mario to look out the car's rear-view mirror. However, the car doesn't have one. (00:18:15)
Other mistake: Koopa's army tries to stop the Marios from getting to the rebel fort by driving a truck and stopping it in the middle of the road. However, nobody is driving the truck. (00:18:25)
Continuity mistake: When Mario, Toad and Luigi are driving to the rebel fort, the seatbelts they are wearing disappear for most of the scene. (00:17:30 - 00:18:40)
Mario Mario: We need your Hocus Pocus. Can you make us fly?
Genie: Fly? Do you know what a drain that is on me?
Luigi: No problem. Any drain you got, we can fix. We're plumbers.
Mario Mario: Tell you what, you make us fly and I'll grease your palm with a gold coin.
Genie: Now you're talking. Eeenie meenie miney mo. Make'em fly. I need the dough.
Question: Why was Toad's color palette sometimes way different, primarily in the first couple of episodes? Why didn't they bother changing this with the final results? It's relatively inconsistent on what palette is used in each episode, despite the fact the more recognizable of the two (white mushroom with red spots along with a variety of coloring in clothes) is shown much more often than the other (red mushroom with white spots along with the majority of his clothes being red and white).
