Continuity mistake: After Mario drains the dungeon, Toadstool and Toad jump off the shackles they were hanging off. However, when Mario jumps off, Toad is again seen hanging from the shackles even though he had previously jumped down. The next scene confirms this by having him on the ground where he belongs. Continuity mistake: When Mario, Toad and Luigi are driving to the rebel fort, the seatbelts they are wearing disappear for most of the scene. (00:17:30 - 00:18:40)
Trivia: When the Quirks uses their noses to play a song to get rid of Koopa for good, they play the theme song from the video game The Legend of Zelda.

Answer: "Club Mario" was reruns of the original show repackaged with new live action segments. It was a cheap way to present the old animated episodes as a new show. Club Mario was incredibly unpopular and eventually reruns of the original show with the Captain Lou Albano segments were aired in its place.
