The Pied Koopa - S1-E20

Continuity mistake: After Mario drains the dungeon, Toadstool and Toad jump off the shackles they were hanging off. However, when Mario jumps off, Toad is again seen hanging from the shackles even though he had previously jumped down. The next scene confirms this by having him on the ground where he belongs. Other mistake: On the "Mario's Greatest Movie Moments" DVD of this series, from the main menu, go into the trivia game. The fifth question asks you about the Super Mario Bros. Super Show episode 'Count Koopula.' It asks you "What's room number that the Mario Bros. were put into in Koopula's Castle?" It's supposed to say "What's THE room number that the Mario Bros. were put into in Koopula's Castle?"

Question: Why was Toad's color palette sometimes way different, primarily in the first couple of episodes? Why didn't they bother changing this with the final results? It's relatively inconsistent on what palette is used in each episode, despite the fact the more recognizable of the two (white mushroom with red spots along with a variety of coloring in clothes) is shown much more often than the other (red mushroom with white spots along with the majority of his clothes being red and white).
