Corrected entry: Col. Mackenzie found the confidential report in her car, AFTER she turned off the alarm. And used her key to open the door. How did the report get in there?
JAG (1995)
1 corrected entry in season 5
Factual error: In the whole episode, Romania is depicted as a monarchy with the king in a position that allows him to make political decisions. However, Romania ceased to be a monarchy in 1947. By the time depicted in the episode (circa 1997), Romania was a republic and its head of state was the president. Members of the ex-royal family did not hold any positions in the Romanian government and were certainly not authorized to represent Romania in international events.
Admiral Chegwidden: Nobody pulls a JAG officer off an investigation except me or God, and He hasn't asked.
Question: Two questions and apology if I have the wrong Deputy Sheriff. 1. Why did Sheriff Denton want Deputy Gault out on that particular road? 2. Why would Lt. Reynolds still be charged with negligent homicide after it was revealed that the sheriff purposely had Gault stationed out there? Reynolds even stood by that he thought it was another part of the training exercise and wasn't aware that he was being chased by an actual law enforcement officer.

Correction: It is strongly implied that Lt. Singer put the report in Mac's car to sabotage her case. If she were dishonest enough to do that, it's more than reasonable to believe she could have stolen Mac's keys and then replaced them after planting the report.
