Visible crew/equipment: When Christine Petit opens the door and says "Hello Dylan" and Dylan says "Christine" the other agent walks out of the room and as he is closing the door a microphone is seen above Christine's head. (00:18:00)
Somewhere in the World It's Christmas - S4-E15
Revealing mistake: Pay close attention to some of the scenes on the airplane during the flight that the Walshes are taking to Hawaii. Several times you will see a large, winding (and ascending) staircase in the background of the plane. If you also look close, you will see an 'exit' sign' slightly behind and to the left of the staircase. While some luxury airbuses do have staircases, given the fact you can see an exit sign it is easy to tell these scenes were shot in some kind of setting other than an airplane.
Continuity mistake: When Donna talks to David about their childhood, Donna's hand moves from stirring her drink to resting on her arm between shots. (00:04:15)
Continuity mistake: Brenda goes to see a counselor about the robbery. She asks what to do about the nightmares. The counselor asks about her happiest moment. Brenda starts talking about her horse she had as a child. She starts out saying his name was Sebastian but by the end of her story she says his name is Sylvester.

Continuity mistake: They say it's October, but it was November in the previous episode.
Continuity mistake: When Sonia asks Donna if she can pay for the dress on layaway, Donna's arms are crossed in front of her, but in the next shot they're down by her sides. (00:20:15)
Continuity mistake: When Donna tells her mother that she and David broke up, Donna's arms hang down by her sides in one shot, then they're crossed in front of her, then back at her sides. (00:02:50)
Hazardous to Your Health - S5-E18
Continuity mistake: When Jonesy transfers Dylan's money out of the Cayman Island account, he is seen holding his hands around his neck. In the next shot he has his left arm down by his side and his right hand balled into a fist in front of his face. (00:32:45)
Lover's Leap - S6-E5
Visible crew/equipment: When Brandon is talking to Val in the kitchen, right after he says, "She had her moments," you can see a boom mic above Val's head.
Continuity mistake: When Colin and Kelly celebrate his selling some of his artwork, the head in his glass of champagne disappears and then reappears.
