Continuity mistake: When the book was taken, Phoebe has her necklace above her shirt, but when she runs downstairs, her necklace is underneath her shirt and then is back on top of her shirt again. (00:06:15 - 00:18:25)
Continuity mistake: After the ghost chases Gibbs out of his pawn shop, and the police arrest him, his shirt goes from being on fully to half-off between shots (particularly noticeable when Tyra's father tells him to burn in hell).

Continuity mistake: When Piper and Leo find the genie at the restaurant, look at the girl in the background, when Piper freezes the time, first she's talking to someone, then she's looking at a menu.

Continuity mistake: In this episode, the Cupid needs his ring in able to "fade" from place to place but in Season Eight Coop loses his ring to a demon and he is still able to "fade" from place to place. (00:18:00)
Continuity mistake: Leo says that Piper's past lover is his past life. If it was a past life, in 1924, that means Leo must have died almost straight away to be old enough to qualify as a doctor in WW2. And it wouldn't be his past life but his own past if it was the same life from before he became a Whitelighter. But then he'd also have been 15-20 years older before he died in WW2.
Continuity mistake: After Prue and Phoebe send contagious Piper back up to bed, it cuts to three consecutive shots of buses arriving at camp. In the first shot, the bus license plate is white with the number "2IAB345" and we see markings on the bus as the counselor exits. The second closer shot shows two kids exiting the bus. Then in the third wideshot, with those same two kids beside the door, the license plate is now blue with the number "876QPD" and we see the same markings on the bus as in the first shot, so we know it's the same bus. Continuity mistake: When Prue shows her sisters the article in 415 Magazine with her photo credit, in the closeup we see that Prue opens the magazine with the article and Maggie's photograph on the page to the right, but in the next shot facing Piper and Phoebe the magazine is folded open and they're looking at the page to the left with an entirely different page to the right.
