Continuity mistake: In the scene where we first see Phoebe and Cole when she's about to leave the apartment, you see she is wearing gold and white high heels but as soon as she reaches the elevator she's wearing black boots.
The Importance of Being Phoebe - S5-E11
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe is lying on the ground and is supposed to be unconscious, when Cole goes to pick her up you can see Phoebe throw her arms around his neck. (00:29:15)
Cole: Phoebe, I love you. I don't know what's going on but maybe I can help. Would you like me to kill someone for you?
Trivia: Holly Marie Combs's real life pregnancy with her son Finley Arthur Donoho was mirrored by Piper's pregnancy with Chris in this season.
Question: In the opening credits, Holly Combs is credited with "and Holly Marie Combs as 'Piper'". Why was she credited with her character's name, when none of the other three lead actresses were?
Answer: She became a producer.
Incorrect. Her billing changed in season 4 but she didn't become a producer until season 5.
