Continuity mistake: When the bomb disposal sergeant is sitting down at the end of the episode, he's facing the table. When the camera cuts in closer, his left shoulder is facing the table.
Continuity mistake: When BJ and Hawkeye are arguing while trying to eat, Winchester starts his French Horn. When the camera is behind BJ, he puts down his fork. When the camera cuts to a front shot of BJ, he's holding the fork he just put down. Then the camera cuts to look at Hawkeye, BJ's fork is down again.
Continuity mistake: When Carly is talking about Hawkeye being a "mortician's delight", she is gesturing with her right hand, and it's about waist height at the end of the motion. When the camera goes to a wide shot, her hand is up by her chin, about eight inches from her face.
Continuity mistake: When Henry is shaving, he hears a knock at the door. After he says "Come in", the door opens and a cow comes in. Trouble is, the door normally opens outwards, but for the gag to work, this time it opens inwards.
U.N., the Night and the Music - S11-E10
Continuity mistake: When Col. Potter runs out of his tent to say goodbye to Capt. Lal, he wears only one slipper. When the jeep drives away and Potter's feet once more are visible, both feet are in slippers. (00:22:05)
Continuity mistake: When Hawkeye and BJ unload the chopper, the dog, Corp. Cupcake, is lying on its paws in the long shots and on its side in the closeups. (00:03:35)

Continuity mistake: Hawkeye pulls the blanket over Frank's right arm, then pulls his left arm up to take his pulse. In the following closeup Frank's right arm is uncovered, and the blanket is below the screen. (00:18:45)

Continuity mistake: When Sgt. Rizzo comes out from under the jeep, in the closeup his cigar is in his mouth. After the cut, the cigar is in his hand.
Where There's a Will, There's a War - S10-E16
Continuity mistake: As Hawkeye climbs under the table to hide there are three small stacks of white bandage boxes on the table. When the shelling starts, all the boxes in two of the stacks fall off the table, leaving one stack. When the shot changes, there are suddenly two stacks of boxes on the table.
Dear Mildred - S4-E7
Continuity mistake: In the episode when Radar gives Potter the horse, they keep referring to the horse as "he". In later episodes, the horse is a mare named Sophie.
Goodbye, Farewell, and Amen - S11-E16
Continuity mistake: B.J. is holding a Korean child who is subbing in for his own daughter when Margaret hands B.J. a piece of cake. Just as it looks as if he is about to feed the cake to the girl, the scene cuts to a full facial shot of Hot Lips, then cuts back to B.J. The cake has disappeared. There wasn't enough time to eat it all, and neither the child nor B.J. is eating. B.J. has no icing on his fingers; it has just disappeared. (01:16:50)
Continuity mistake: When Trapper turns around to ask Klinger for the status about the movie's sound, a small patch of his hat becomes wet from the roof's leaking, but in the next shot, his whole hat is instantly soaked. (00:01:55)
Continuity mistake: When they get the soldier into the OR, Hawkeye tells Klinger to get his canvas tub from the swamp. Yet Col. Potter specifically ordered them to get rid of the tub in episode titled "None Like It Hot" - which they did.
Continuity mistake: After the files blow up, Klinger sees BJ looking at them. If you look carefully, you see that his head changes position between shots.
Continuity mistake: In this episode, as they come from the pad, Hawkeye told them to get his canvas tub. But in "None Like It Hot", he had one that caused a lot of trouble and they traded it away for ice cream.
Suggested correction: There is no reason he couldn't have gotten another one.
Continuity mistake: After Frank switches pearls, he gets out of the tent and the door and it closes. A moment later, he's crawling out the door again.
Continuity mistake: After BJ and Hawkeye taste Klinger's plateful of Spam Parmesan they all sit down at the table, and when BJ pulls the plate away from Hawkeye it cuts to another angle and the knife has jumped to the other side of the plate, and the fickle cup keeps sidling across the table to be beside the bowl depending on the angle.
