Continuity mistake: When Frasier is in the conference room with Roz, his binder changes from shot to shot. Sometimes there are 4 brightly coloured tabs at the top, sometimes only 2. The same shots show a change in the papers on the table too.

Continuity mistake: When Martin is eating at the coffee table, you see the front of the tomato sauce/ketchup bottle, then the back, then the front again. Also the spice that was on the table moves without anyone touching it.

Continuity mistake: In the conference room, Frasier says, "I just said that," and the shot shows his arms resting on the table with his hands up, gesturing. The next shot, from the side, shows him leaning back in his chair with his arms right off the table. The shot then goes back to the original position. There was no time for him to move naturally.

Continuity mistake: Frasier is holding a paper with his story on it as he is talking to John Glenn in the conference room. The shot changes as Glenn says, "I don't want to go behind someone's back", and Frasier's hands are now clasped in front of him.

Continuity mistake: When Frasier is in the boardroom with Roz and her production team, Frasier is writing in a binder, which is on top of a couple of books. In some shots we see a couple of different books in front of him on the table. One of them is called "Mars," which he had put back in his briefcase at the beginning of the scene.
Answer: Nanny G (Nanette Guzman - played by Laurie Metcaf) has been a children's entertainer for twenty years, and tells Frasier, "Do you know what it's like to play the same character for 20 years?!" The joke is that Kelsey Grammer has been playing Frasier Crane since 1984, when the character first appeared on "Cheers", so Kelsey in real life has been doing just that!
