Hot Pursuit - S7-E18

Continuity mistake: Early on in the show, Roz leaves yellow papers neatly on Frasier's coffee table and leaves. In later shots, while the others are talking, we see the papers become scattered - even though no one goes near them.

Hot Pursuit - S7-E18

Continuity mistake: When Kenny comes to Roz's hotel room, Frasier answers the door and his pyjama collar is tucked in under his robe. A couple of shots later it is outside his robe, though he never touched it, and in later shots it is back neatly under his robe.

Hot Pursuit - S7-E18

Continuity mistake: When Frasier and Roz are in the hotel room talking, her champagne glass switches from her right hand to her left hand, from one shot to another, with no time to have happened naturally.

Hot Pursuit - S7-E18

Continuity mistake: When Roz is getting ready for the reception at the convention, her wrap is hung neatly over the back of the couch. After she answers the phone and passes it to Frasier, the wrap is suddenly opened up and draped much more messily over the couch. Her purse has also changed position on the coffee table.

Selling Out - S1-E9

Frasier: Roger, at Cornell University they have an incredible piece of scientific equipment known as the Tunneling Electron Microscope. Now, this microscope is so powerful that by firing electrons you can actually see images of the atom, the infinitesimally minute building blocks of our universe. Roger, if I were using that microscope right now, I still wouldn't be able to locate my interest in your problem.

Caught in the Act - S11-E15

Trivia: When Nanette tells Frasier she's tired of playing her children's show character, she asks him if he knows what it's like to play the same character for twenty years. By this point, Kelsey Grammer had been playing Frasier for twenty years: eleven on 'Frasier' and nine on 'Cheers'.

Question: When Nanny G says that she has played the same character for twenty years it gets a big laugh. What is the joke? Am I missing something here?

Answer: Nanny G (Nanette Guzman - played by Laurie Metcaf) has been a children's entertainer for twenty years, and tells Frasier, "Do you know what it's like to play the same character for 20 years?!" The joke is that Kelsey Grammer has been playing Frasier Crane since 1984, when the character first appeared on "Cheers", so Kelsey in real life has been doing just that!
