Continuity mistake: At the start when Jack and Karen are sitting at the table outside his apartment, during the scene the spray bottle, cloth and phone on the table keep on swapping places. (00:05:20)
Continuity mistake: When Grace comes in with all the bags of items she stole from Leo's apartment, she has a golf caddy bag on her back which instantly vanishes during shots, without her actually removing it. (00:08:30)
Continuity mistake: After Jack drinks some of the drink Karen gave him at the restaurant, and Will tells him "he swallowed the little plastic sword", Jack puts his hand on his chest and begins to cough but in the next shot his hands are down and he is sitting casually. (00:19:10)

Continuity mistake: When Karen and Rosario enter Jack's office and put the Cher doll down on his desk, the boa that's on the doll is falling off the shoulders. A few shots later the boa is back in perfect position around the dolls shoulders, though no-one touched it. (00:11:40)
