Continuity mistake: When Rimmer is talking to Lister before the exam and says they are friends, Lister replies "When?" Lister has a can of beer on the bunk, with the label facing the camera. Two shots after, the label is suddenly facing away from the camera. A couple of shots after that, the label is suddenly facing the camera again. (00:23:15)

Continuity mistake: Lister's rolling pin is dirty with flour when Christine walks in, but when Lister turns around, it's clean. Then it's dirty two seconds later, and then disappears completely after Lister drops the bowl. (00:26:12)

Continuity mistake: When Lister first sees Kochanski his locks are on top of his left shoulder. In the next shot they are gone, then back again when he drops the bowl. (00:26:15)

Continuity mistake: When the Cat leaves Lister's quarters after showing him the cat book, one of Lister's locks is hanging over his right shoulder. In the next shot it is gone. (00:11:40)

Continuity mistake: After Rimmer and Lister argue about the pod, Rimmer walks off and Lister steps into the observation room. As Lister steps in, his locks are over his left shoulder, then in the next shot they are over his right shoulder. (00:14:05)

Continuity mistake: When Rimmer says he wants the 'aliens' to give him a real body, his arms are outstretched. In the next shot they are folded. (00:17:20)

Continuity mistake: Watch the cat priest's black hand. It starts off normal, then it turns crusty and white. Just before he dies, his hand is normal again. (00:25:55)

Continuity mistake: When the cat priest dies, the hat he is wearing falls onto the bed above his head. When the shot changes the hat is gone. (00:26:35)

Continuity mistake: When Rimmer first realises that his files are unflattering, the screen first from the right on the computer bank shows writing. But a change of view later, Holly is on the same screen. He does not have time to move.

Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, when Lister is watching the film, keep an eye on his milkshake. One moment the glass is on the table, then when the camera cuts, he's drinking from it. (00:02:25)

Continuity mistake: When Lister is watching the film at the start of the episode, he says 'would you let me watch the film' to Holly. His arm is gesturing to Holly, but in the next shot he is picking up chips from his lap. (00:02:50)

Continuity mistake: When Lister is in the Medi-bay, he has his duvet on his lap. The angle changes and he has the duvet over his shoulders. (00:12:30)

Continuity mistake: When the Cat visits Lister, Lister puts his arm down on the bed, but in the next shot he is leaning on his hand. (00:14:45)

Continuity mistake: When Confidence is telling Lister that his song was the greatest love song ever, Lister has his right hand on his lap, but in the next shot, his right hand is suddenly on the guitar strings. (00:19:35)

Continuity mistake: When Lister and Confidence go outside the ship, they do a little dance and both put their right feet forwards. In the next shot, their left feet are forward as they continue the dance. (00:25:30)

Continuity mistake: When confidence explodes outside the ship, a helmet appears on the walkway which was not there earlier in the scene. (00:26:50)
