Revealing mistake: When the first baby is born, Monica and Chandler are asked by the doctor if they would like to cut the umbilical cord. However, just before this line is delivered, the baby is moved and its navel is visible.
Continuity mistake: In the hospital when Erica is giving birth and the camera is on the doctor, the door to the room is closed. However, when the camera angle changes, the door is wide open even though no one had entered or exited.
Revealing mistake: When Phoebe and Ross hit heads while in the cab on the bridge, they only just tap heads. Not enough to make them scream in pain. (00:05:15)

Other mistake: When Phoebe and Ross are at JFK, some of the people who are at that airport are the same people who are also at Newark. It's particularly funny to see the people behind Ross and Phoebe at JFK when Phoebe claims they're on their honeymoon, and when it cuts to Rachel at Newark as she's looking for her boarding pass, those same people are there too.
Revealing mistake: When everyone leaves the apartment together for the last time, they show Chandler and Monica with the twins in the stroller, and you can tell they are dolls.
