The One With Rachel's Crush - S4-E13
Continuity mistake: At the very start Ross says to Chandler, "People can hear you," and looks away. The camera cuts to Chandler and Ross is looking at him. (00:00:10)

Continuity mistake: At the start of this episode when Rachel comes in, you can see a bit of wooden floor by the door (carpet's visible in other shots). However, Monica doesn't pull up the carpet until later in the episode, after the apartment's tidier. (00:02:10)

Audio problem: In the scene where Rachel walks into the guy's new apartment and they start talking about Joshua, it cuts to a shot of her in profile as she says "It's just so frustrating". Her mouth doesn't move as she says the words. (00:09:40)
The One With Rachel's Crush - S4-E13
Visible crew/equipment: When Monica is wafting the smell of cookies to the other in the big apartment, there is a shot of Monica, and all the stage lights are reflected in the TV screen. (00:09:55)

Other mistake: Monica supposedly single-handedly changed over the guys' apartment from carpet to polished hardwood in two days. There's no way that someone of her size could have moved all that furniture solo (Rachel didn't help since she's totally surprised), stripped off all the carpet, sanded the wood, stained the wood, let it dry, and then replaced all the furniture, in two days.

Continuity mistake: When Monica waves the smell of cookies in the guys' new apartment, you see Ross right in front of Phoebe when they walk over, then you see Ross in front of Rachel as they go in.
Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
