Urutora sakusen dai ichi gô - S1-E2

Revealing mistake: The VTOL hits Bemular with two missiles the second time that Hayata makes him come out of the water. The second missile causes an explosion with the special effect applied in the wrong spot, a spot in the back of the monster that is practically the opposite of the direction in the line of shot. Urutora sakusen dai ichi gô - S1-E2

Revealing mistake: When Bemular and Ultraman wrestle by the river, evidently the stunt double's arm couldn't fit inside the Bemular's T-rex arms, because they are entirely lifeless and instead of 'wrestling', the scene is basically Ultraman rolling around hugging a big rubber log. (00:21:10)

Shinryakusha o ute - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: Arashi pulls over in the street where the research station is. The car stops a few meters after the turn, but when it's shown again, it's much further into the street. (00:06:15 - 00:06:50)

Shinryakusha o ute - S1-E3

Revealing mistake: During his first confrontation with the alien, Hayata's pistol shoots powerful rays that don't cause a single speck of damage to the walls when the monster dodges them. They are just superimposed. (00:09:40)

Shinryakusha o ute - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When Hayata confronts the monster that just grew to kaiju-like size, he strikes an entirely different pose (right arm forward pointing the gun, right arm back, forward and gun again) in the different shots. (00:19:30)

Narrator: Using his beta capsule, Hayata becomes Ultraman.

Saraba Urutoraman - S1-E40

Trivia: The unused script of the final fight between Ultraman and Zetton was entirely different, as it shows Zetton ripping apart Ultraman's colour timer. In the end, Zoffy will save Ultraman and defeat Zetton. However, the writing team decided not to use it because it was deemed too violent, and it portrayed Ultraman, the main hero, being cut. This alternate ending can also be seen in the game Ultraman Fighting Evolution 3 during the Ultraman vs Zetton mission.
