Continuity mistake: Busujima is playing with his handheld console inside the hospital room. When he puts the console down, you can see his smartphone on the bed; however, it's behind the pillow in one shot, well in front of it in the next. (00:15:50)

Other mistake: The police is searching the crime scene of the supposed suicide. The police was alerted because the suicide happened by drowning, leaving the bathtub running till it overflew alerting the other people in the building. The body of the victim is still completely immersed in the bathtub (nobody drained it), and Kindaichi and Aoi walk on a dry floor while there should be a massive flooding.
