Continuity mistake: The sister who hired Ray is telling her assistant that finally the balance appears to be tipped in their town. She does so while handling a vial roughly 2/3 full with a green liquid. As she glances back at the photograph, the vial is almost entirely full. (00:08:30)
Continuity mistake: Chizuru's daughter tells Wendy that she can read one of her books; between shots, Wendy is holding the encyclopedia with her fingers positioned at different height. (00:08:50)
Continuity mistake: Tired of the old men's tirades, a group of young whippersnappers shouts at them. Look at the one with the bowler hat; suddenly a glass is in his hand at the first cut, and the bottle next to him faces the opposite way. (00:05:50)
Continuity mistake: Van fills to the brim the plate of fries with honey, which spills on the table. The table is honey-less afterwards, but let's make it slide because of the comical exaggeration; still the plate shows all the honey throughout the scene except when one of the old men pushes it away to put the big plate of tacos; part of the original plate is still in frame and the honey is gone. Continuity mistake: In the moustached mayor's office, Van opens a drawer and finds "The wonderful YoRoI nation project." The report in close-up rests on a stack of papers that weren't there before the cut - or at least the report was in a different position and you couldn't see papers underneath it. (00:13:50)

Continuity mistake: When the Mayor begs Van to be their yojimbo, notice the assistant and Wendy; both are leaning against the window peeking at the retreating army, but both change position significantly between one shot and the other. (00:07:50)

Continuity mistake: The mayor tries to bribe Van offering him a succulent steak. In its first close-up, the steak shares the plate with a side of carrots and broccoli. Van then cakes the steak up with increasingly ridiculous amounts of condiment until it's a blob of salad dressing with streaks of ketchup and mayo. He cuts and eats a portion of it. When he's by the window, the dressing is gone, the steak is covered just by the green sauce, and he sticks the fork inside the piece he already cut earlier. (00:05:10)
Takishîdo wa kaze ni mau - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: The bad guys at the beginning of the episode shoot Wendy and send her flying. Her gun falls to the ground with her and in the foreground we see that it falls with the grip facing away from her. In the rest of the scene it's facing towards her, and the position of the gun itself on the ground changes often. (00:01:20)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, Van plants his sword in the middle of one of the planks of the pier, but as the camera angle changes, his sword is in a different spot. (00:22:20)
Continuity mistake: In preparation to the final clash with Tony Montana, Van flips his hat; between shots though he is also holding his whippy sword at a different angle. (00:19:25)
Continuity mistake: When Bunny and Klatt are talking after Van let them off the hook, her right arm is draped behind his back in a different position between shots. (00:12:05)
Continuity mistake: The towel on top of Wendy's trolley is conveniently positioned perpendicularly to the bar when they're falling (so the bar holds it in place), but it's parallel to it in every other shot. (00:11:10)
Continuity mistake: When Honey Cherry is knocked off the air by impeccable timing and Van's amazing thigh strength, we can see that the decor of the extravagant piston-like clock does not match the beginning of the episode's. (00:05:30 - 00:11:10)
Continuity mistake: Van realises he's being harsh with Wendy, and walks away silently. She replies saying "My brother is..." and Van stops. In the aerial shot her trunk is missing the top handle. (00:09:50)
Continuity mistake: Muscat just rescued Wendy (sort of). When Van lands his sole on his face, the heart goggles at his neck are gone. (00:07:35)
Continuity mistake: Muscat and Honey made their entrance aboard of their Love Deluxe. She points her finger at Van saying he's gonna be their prisoner of love. Notice the hand on her hip; she is leaning with the palm, but when the shot changes, she's got her hand in a fist and is leaning with her knuckles. (00:06:25)
Continuity mistake: Van is asking informations about The Claw at the hot dog stand. Look at the fridge; there is a full top shelf of orange cans, and the bottom shelf has 3 red cans. When everyone makes a run for it when the car is going to ram into the stand, one of the red cans is colored like the background or missing, and one of the remaining two is half the size of the other while being just as thick. The orange cans have changed position too. (00:05:50 - 00:06:30)
Continuity mistake: Van sends Muscat flying through the window and on the sidewalk. The debris outside keeps changing between shots. (00:04:40)
