I Like to Be Hugged - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When Lexy drops her blunt, it lands next to the left curtain. In the next wide shot, it appears to be sitting next to the RIGHT curtain. Then, it's back to the left curtain the next time we see it.

I Like to Be Hugged - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When Oliver is killed, at one point Chucky stabs him in the shoulder several times, creating a noticeably blood stain on his hoodie. When we see his body, the shoulder wounds and bloodstain are gone. Only the stab wounds on his back remain.

I Like to Be Hugged - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When Lexy and Junior go to Caroline's room to put her to bed, the way Caroline is sitting on the bed changes between cuts. Particularly, notice she's sitting with one foot on either side of Chucky, then suddenly both feet are on the same side between cuts.

I Like to Be Hugged - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When Lexy gives Chucky back to Caroline after the kids show up to party, the way she's holding Chucky changes multiple times between cuts. (Ex. She goes from turning him to holding him still at one point, her hands move from his shoulders to sides between cuts, etc.)

I Like to Be Hugged - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When Jake goes to Lexy's house and gives Caroline the doll, at the start of the scene Lexy's arms are crossed. But at a certain point, they instantly uncross and are down by her sides between shots. (You can't always see her arms crossed in shot, but you can tell from the way her shoulders/upper arms don't move that they're still in the same positions before they're instantly down by her sides.)

I Like to Be Hugged - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When Chucky shows Jake his hands and tells him that it's hard to strangle people with them, he puts them back behind his head. But the way the scene is cut, it doesn't quite work. He's still getting his hands into position as the shot cuts, whereas in the next shot, they're instantly in position and totally still.

Death by Misadventure - S1-E1

Audio problem: When Jake gets to school, a kid tells him his Good Guy doll is "cool." Jake asks if he wants to buy it, and the kid replies, "No thanks." But his mouth isn't moving. (The shot cuts while he's saying it, but you can tell his mouth isn't moving.)

Goin' to the Chapel - S2-E7

Trivia: SPOILERS: In season two, episode seven, when Father Bryce explodes and it is shown over and over from a multitude of angles, it is a direct homage to the 1978 film "The Fury." At the end of that film, a character explodes in a similar fashion, being shown over and over again from different angles. Series creator Don Mancini has discussed how much he enjoys "The Fury" in the past, and has thrown in some subtle references to it in the "Chucky" franchise.

More trivia for Chucky

Answer: They were blamed for the death of Jake's foster brother, which was deemed a terrible accident, and they were sent to the reform school as a punishment. Presumably, when they had to leave the reform school given what happened, they were instead given community service as punishment.
