Visible crew/equipment: As Peter is talking with Amanda inside the prison conference room there are shadows on the ceiling to indicate it is nighttime. You can just make out a boom camera moving a bit, followed by brief banging and a clank, disguised as prison cell doors that would be nowhere near the visitor conference room. Then as Peter moves to the center of the wall and then sits down beside Amanda, shadows from the overhead boom equipment are moving within the ceiling shadows.

Continuity mistake: As Chelsea is leaving her mom's hotel room through an adjoining doorway to her own room, she pulls the door closed behind her. She walks over to sit on her bed but the door she just closed is wide open, allowing her mom's suitor to walk through without touching the same door. (00:19:25)
Nurse Amy: She's your wife's landlord. That would be your present wife, number four, isn't it? And she wants all your belongings out of the house by to-night.
Michael: And did she say why?
Nurse Amy: Nooo, but I'm sure we'll be reading about it in tomorrow morning's newspaper.
