Doragon! Muteki no ken to tate - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Shiryu's kick that hits the waterfall making it flow backwards is a left kick, but in the dramatic shot showing it in the shape of a rising dragon, he's posing with his right leg outstretched. (00:07:50)
Doragon! Muteki no ken to tate - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the fight, there is at least one post and turnbuckle painted fully red, but this characteristic disappears later in the episode. (00:03:30)
Doragon! Muteki no ken to tate - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Shunrei approaches the ring (the Graude Foundation has terrible security); her braid is behind her back, but passes right in front of the shoulder in the close-up. (00:04:55)
Doragon! Muteki no ken to tate - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Seiya collapses after the first solid punch by Shiryu, his body is angled in a different way between the shot with the camera in the ring and the faraway view of the Graude Coliseum. (00:04:05)
Doragon! Muteki no ken to tate - S1-E4
Character mistake: The announces during the fight says that the tournament is "down to 10 Saints", but 10 was the starting number, 3 have been already eliminated. (00:04:30)
Moero! Pegasus Ryuseiken - S1-E2
Other mistake: When Seiya tumbles back on his feet after delivering the fatal blow to Geki, his upper left side of the torso is all painted metallic, but there's a section in between the armpit and the sash that should be his red shirt (you can see it in the correct color during the animation, and turn of the wrong color when it stops). (00:20:45)
Moero! Pegasus Ryuseiken - S1-E2
Other mistake: When Geki touches Seiya's shoulderpad and burns his hand, all of a sudden his palm is bare, but his armour, as shown earlier, has full gloves. (00:14:20)
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Other mistake: When Hyoga talks smack with Jabu over the ring chains, his eyebrows are much paler, near white. (00:13:45)
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: In the views of the thermometer above the ring, Hyoga is missing his Toilet Duck headgear, swapping it for a circlet that lacks the blue emblem. (00:18:20)
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Other mistake: In a coloring error, when Hyoga exposits the Hydra myth, his eyebrows are suddenly white in the close-up. (00:17:40)
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When Ichi hits Hyoga with a knee to the chest in the early phases of the fight, Hyoga's armor covers the whole arm all of a sudden, disappearing before and after. (00:14:35)
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Other mistake: During the fight with Ichi, in a couple of spots, the most noticeable one being when the claws penetrate into his arm, Hyoga is protected by the armor in a spot the armor is not designed to cover. (00:15:35)
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Plot hole: The tide of the fight turns when Hyoga revealed that he was never affected by Hydra's poison because nothing can break the defenses of his Cloth. But the claws DO make huge holes, that are then nowhere to be seen by the end of the episode, and yet, a plot point from later in the series, Cloths do not have self repairing abilities - not at that time of the series at least.
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: In the sequence where Hyoga defeats Ichi breaking his armor with the extreme cold of his Diamond Dust, in one intermediate bit the coloring artist did something wrong and didn't fill the leg with the green color of the suit, but rather the pale skin color of Ichi's. So, for a second it seems that Ichi is in his underwear, or Hyoga froze his pants off. (00:21:05)
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Other mistake: A big deal is made of Hyoga freezing Hydra Ichi's arm solid so he can't hit with his fist and claw again ("I put your arm on ice, you'll never be able to use it again")...and yet a few moments later, after successfully delivering a knee strike, Ichi taunts him pointing the finger of the supposedly ice-sealed, frostbitten arm. (00:18:30 - 00:19:05)
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Other mistake: During the presentation of the Golden Cloth, you can count 9 boxes with Bronze armors at the base of the column, but there should be just 8 of them. That's because of the 10 scheduled fighters, Ikki is missing, but Hyoga as well; he appears in this episode but the organization does not know he made it back to the arena until the very last moment, and they even announce his absence to the crowd a bit later in the episode. (00:12:00)
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Plot hole: Saori Kido's presentation does not make a lick of sense. Assuming it happens through some odd holographic mechanism never seen before or after, it's day 3 of the tournament, so it appears extravagant that only then she'd start telling the audience what the Galaxian Wars are. Second.it's day 3 of the tournament.and the third match. That means that they have been packing a stadium with dozens of thousands of people, who come over for ONE match that lasts a few minutes. That's a real stretch, to say the least. There's also a minor but kinda funny matter; the way the cameras are shown pointing, the whole world is tuned into an uninterrupted upskirt shot of Saori Kido delivering her solemn speech.
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: In the close-up of the Cygnus armor awakening to welcome Hyoga as their knight, the swan is drawn in a totally different way from before (much narrower eyes, double row of feathers, different angle of the beak). (00:09:40)
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: The Cygnus cloth is covered in snow in varying amount between shots once Hyoga uncovers it. (00:09:25)
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Other mistake: Hyoga is just a couple meters away from the hole in the ice he used to kiss his mother's corpse. He is still on all fours after having just crawled out of the hole, but he's got a fuzzy warm blanket on his back, that came literally from nowhere. He did not have it lying it around when he made the hole, and he does not have telekinesis; it's a bit hard to picture someone throwing a blanket on himself while crawling. (00:08:00)
