Other mistake: The sequence when Tatsumi slaps Ikki lacks basic perspective all around; Ikki is supposed to fall on the floor, but then again, his head stands tall in front of his gut, and he's just a kid. He could reach there only standing. (00:11:00)

Continuity mistake: Ikki hits Nachi with the one decisive Phantom Demon punch, but uses a right fist in close-up, which turns out to be a left fist in the next shot (and the actual nightmare). (00:14:50)

Continuity mistake: Ikki knocks down Seiya just moving his arm. It's clear that Seiya is wearing a red armband and a white bandage on his forearm and hand. A minute later though, a Black Saint is behind him and he sports two red bandages. (00:18:05)
