The Zombies of Venice - S1-E6

Other mistake: The title of the episode is about zombies in Venice, on TV everyone speaks of zombies in Venice, etcetera...but the news in passing show a map of Italy where the contagion zone covers large areas of the peninsula, such as an enormous region including the capital Rome and practically all of Northern Italy.

Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: The detective at the beginning of the episode shouts "Elena!" and grabs the second bar to the right of the decorated part of the gate. When he lets go, you can tell from behind that he is letting go of the closest bar. (00:00:30)

Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: At home at the beginning of the episode, Elena puts out a cigarette. She is sitting on the left part of the couch, pretty close to the armrest. When Lupin appears looming by the balcony door, she is sitting in the middle part of the sofa, the line between two pillows has even been drawn. (00:00:50)

Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: The size of the brand on Elena's arm changes throughout the episode. When it's first noticeable and when later Zenigata points it out it is the size of an average band-aid, but in the close-up following the flashback it is way bigger, even factoring in the angle. Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: During the announcement that she is running for office, from Zenigata's point of view Elena is very far away, quite literally a dot in the horizon as if she were on the other end of a large city square, but in the reverse shot from her position, Zenigata is just the other side of a relatively narrow street. Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7

Plot hole: Lupin tells Fujiko what happened at the Gotti Mansion while she was away, and she is surprised. The caption says it happened "2 hours ago." But turns out it was Zenigata to call the police and send them to the mansion. After that, Fujiko ran off. If she didn't know that Zenigata knew, there's no reason why she would run away. Also, you have to assume that Zenigata has been in front of the phone waiting for a long time for the HQ to call him back about the outcome of the operation, because if he *just* made the call, then Lupin's presence and Fujiko's escape become outright impossible. But it is exactly how it is shown; Zenigata makes the call, and immediately after there's Elena/Fujiko walking down the stairs.
