King Cobra - S3-E6
Factual error: Flashback when Kreese is in Vietnam. His captain, as well as other officers at their base camp were wearing modern uniforms, wrong for the time. (00:01:05 - 00:01:29)
King Cobra - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: When Miguel realises Johnny liked all Ali's photos, he looks embarrassed and shakes his head to the right, with his mouth open. In the next frame he looks significantly different, with his mouth shut. (00:09:23)
Obstáculos - S3-E7
Continuity mistake: When Daniel and Sam are fishing, the way that Sam holds her fishing pole changes between shots.
Obstáculos - S3-E7

The Good, The Bad, and the Badass - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the episode when Daniel and Johnny try to pick up Robby from juvie, the background shows that the weather changes in an instant. When they're arguing, it's raining. When Robby refuses their help, it's sunny.
The Good, The Bad, and the Badass - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: When Sam and Miguel are "fight flirting", Robby has his right arm around Sam and his left hand is touching her. In the next shot, his hand is no longer touching her.
December 19 - S3-E10
Revealing mistake: While Kreese is fighting Johnny, the stunt double is clear in several shots.

December 19 - S3-E10
Continuity mistake: At one point during the first meeting of Vanessa and Ali, Vanessa is using a straw to play around with her martini glass. In the next shot, the straw disappears.
December 19 - S3-E10

December 19 - S3-E10
Continuity mistake: When Ali dishes about Johnny and Daniel's high school rivalry, she holds her wine glass in one shot but not in the next. It's noticeable even when the camera is not on her.

Match Point - S4-E5
Continuity mistake: Kreese and Silver have 2 glasses of water on their table. In the next shot, a waiter comes and places those glasses of water on the table. (00:17:57)
Revealing mistake: When Silver cuts open the box of new equipment, the razor knife has no blade. (00:05:53)
Character mistake: Considering she was wearing heeled boots, Ms. Underwood should have either taken her shoes off or at least have had a carpet provided to her if she was going to sing on the competition mat, as her shoes could have torn it. Other than emergency medical professionals, anyone who is going to step on the mat should remove their footwear.
Continuity mistake: Sam is barefoot while reading her book on the lounge chair, but she has flip-flops on a few minutes later.
Suggested correction: It's not uncommon for people wearing sandals to slip them on and off, wasn't she getting ready to leave anyway at that point?
No, this was before she decided to leave, she was just sitting in the chair still reading.
Continuity mistake: Lawrence is giving a ride to a guy who is on the phone. There is an older vehicle behind them. The older vehicle moves closer when the scene changes. The entire time, we can see out the back window.
Continuity mistake: About 8 minutes into the episode, Silver is talking to the other female sensei, and she sees the stretch limo crash through the gates on her tablet. It makes it all the way through but when she picks it up to show Silver, the video backs itself up.
Continuity mistake: When in the woods at the meeting spot before the flag events, the sun is first high up in the sky, then very low in the background close to setting, then back high up in its original position (all from the same exact spot in each scene).
