Seven Deadly Sins and a Small Carl Sagan - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: When Gene is showing Mary the poster, he stops at the bottom of "Heck House" before revealing the rest of the poster. When the shot changes, part of the "Gene Lundy" wording is now visible, and then he goes on to show the rest of the "Gene Lundy" part. (00:09:50)
Carbon Dating and a Stuffed Raccoon - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: Sheldon places his membership cards down on a flat surface. He puts Radio Shack first, followed by Star Command, almost entirely covering it, leaving just a small section of red along the top. When the shot changes to a wide-angle one, the Star Command card has moved down and more red is visible above it. (00:01:00)
An 8-Bit Princess and a Flat Tire Genius - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: Near the end, when Hershal is talking to George over a beer, the position of the two empty spots in the pack keeps changing. In some shots, the 2 beers are taken from one side, and in others, one is taken from each side. (00:15:30)
A Stunted Childhood and a Can of Fancy Mixed Nuts - S2-E10
Visible crew/equipment: When Missy puts her sunglasses on in the car, a square stage light is reflected. (00:04:00)
A Stunted Childhood and a Can of Fancy Mixed Nuts - S2-E10
Continuity mistake: When Paige arrives for a sleepover, Mary closes the door, and her hand is by her waist. When the shot changes, her hand is now down against her leg. (00:04:10)

A Nuclear Reactor and a Boy Called Lovey - S2-E13
Continuity mistake: When Georgie is writing a letter to Veronica, the handwriting changes drastically from when we first see it to when we see it a few seconds later. Note Veronica's name. (00:10:30)

A Baby Tooth and the Egyptian God of Knowledge - S3-E20
Factual error: Georgie removes his stash of cash from the air vent in his bedroom (envelope with a photo of a mustang taped to it) and the cash ($20 bills) have a serial # starting with the letter "C" which is a series of bills that were not printed until 2001. (00:15:14)
A Musty Crypt and a Stick to Pee On - S4-E5
Revealing mistake: When Georgie is imagining what it's like to be a father Jana is shown holding two babies in her arms. You can tell that the babies aren't real they are just dolls.
Freshman Orientation and the Inventor of the Zipper - S4-E6
Plot hole: Memaw gets a call from Dr. Sturgis saying that he has moved to Waxahatchie and would she please call him back. He does not say the new phone number, and this was well before cell phones were in widespread use by the general public, so it could only be a land line. Memaw calls him back, although she could not know the number.
Suggested correction: Just watched the clip. Sturgis calls Mary, leaves a message. She calls him back; I'd guess his local number. He says "I've taken a job there", which is what you say when you're not at the place yet (otherwise you'd say here). Says he won't be there when Sheldon starts college.
Suggested correction: Memaw could have caller ID, or she could have called information.
Caller ID was first available in December 1988, and it's unlikely that Memaw would have it that early. The story takes place before that time. It is possible that she called information, but when did she do it?
A Suitcase Full of Cash and a Yellow Clown Car - S5-E16
Factual error: In the closing shot of this episode, a pile of cash is down close up. The bills are current circa 2000s and the show is set in the late eighties. The bills didn't have the current security markings that we have now.
Babies, Lies and a Resplendent Cannoli - S5-E18
Other mistake: Georgie tells Mandy he'll soon be 18, in March. That same day, Sheldon says Isaac Asimov died - which happened on April 6, 1992.
White Trash, Holy Rollers and Punching People - S5-E21
Factual error: When Georgie goes to the doctors office with Mandy, when he walks in you can see a modern covid-19 safety poster behind his shoulder. (00:11:00)
