Continuity mistake: When Lisa and Dave are talking to Mr. James in Dave's office, the phone cord is hanging off the desk. Except in one shot, it is completely on the desk.
Continuity mistake: When everyone is in the bathroom talking to Matthew about his mustache the camera is on him, and Beth can be seen moving her hands. The shot changes to showing everyone and her hands are down at her side, not moving.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode when they are talking about last year's Halloween party and what Matthew went as the number of pencils in the cup changes from 3 to 4, then back to 3.
Continuity mistake: When Catherine sits down at the break room table Beth is seen walking out of the door twice.

Continuity mistake: When Jimmy Dave and Joe are in the break room Jimmy stands up, the shot changes he is sitting down, the shot changes again he is standing up. (00:05:40)
