Visible crew/equipment: While Eli is in the handicap-accessible restroom, he's all alone. Then the woman in a wheelchair knocks on the door to use the facility. So when Eli exits, we can see between the door and door jamb, and there's someone inside the restroom standing directly behind the open door (presumably helping to fully open it) as the wheelchair enters.
