Visible crew/equipment: While Eli is in the handicap-accessible restroom, he's all alone. Then the woman in a wheelchair knocks on the door to use the facility. So when Eli exits, we can see between the door and door jamb, and there's someone inside the restroom standing directly behind the open door (presumably helping to fully open it) as the wheelchair enters. Continuity mistake: After Jason gives Alicia the oven mitts, they stand at the door talking for a moment. When Jason heads to the elevator, Alicia says, "I'm glad you're back," and in the shot facing Jason, Alicia grips the oven mitts with the mitt fingers at her left side, but in the next shot facing Alicia, she grips the oven mitts the opposite way, with the mitt fingers at her right side. Visible crew/equipment: The second time Alicia is being picked up by Sergeant McWain, just as McWain opens the car door, we can see reflections of the crew's large lighting scrim that is set up on the sidewalk. (00:25:40)

The Debate - S6-E12
Visible crew/equipment: After Alicia and Frank have begun their mini debate in the kitchen, the hotel employee enters the kitchen; then, as Alicia says, "The system needs to be tweaked, not overhauled," the camera rounds the corner, and we can see a red T-mark and a red tape marker on the floor. Factual error: The U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers are wearing ties with tie clips. Real officers wear a badge tie tack. (00:01:35)
Other mistake: Regarding the suicide of Karen Anderson, her boyfriend explains that Karen hadn't been studying with him because she wanted to be in the sun all day, but all the footage of the bridge she jumped from shows it to have been a mostly overcast, gray day. The first shot of the bridge is at the very beginning of the episode and is repeated several times throughout.
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the courtroom towards the end where Alicia is talking to the security guard who is in the witness stand, he glances over at the jurors. When they cut back to the jurors a few seconds later, they are wearing different coloured shirts. (00:33:30)
