Continuity mistake: When Omri opens his birthday presents, Gilly's rat in the plastic ball is on the table; two seconds later it disappears.

Continuity mistake: When Irv and Blaire are snuggled up on the couch, watching Wheel of Fortune, watch the big bowl of buttery popcorn they have. In the first shot it is full to the brim. In the next shot it's half full. (01:18:15)

Continuity mistake: When Roger is drunk and getting into bed, his alarm clock changes from 11:39 back to 11:38.

Continuity mistake: When Scottie (James Stewart) visits a bookshop to question its owner, the book display in the shop's window changes between the time he enters and exits the store. (00:33:50)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the film, Victor tells Nick to write 'hey Annie' on plane's wing to send her a message. When Nick throws the plane and the camera shows it flying around, the words that Nick wrote are nowhere to be seen.

Continuity mistake: When Napoleon starts his dance skit near the end of the movie, his t-shirt is tucked into his pants. Shortly into the skit, the shirt comes loose in the back and on one side. A few seconds later, the shirt is once again completely tucked in. This happens several times throughout the scene. (01:21:30)

Continuity mistake: After Jack shoots the dart at the crocodile trapped in the helicopter, it is visible in the animal's jaw. After the attack by the second crocodile, the dart has gone. A moment later it is back again. (01:09:20)

Continuity mistake: Kip puts a green bowl under the wheel of his truck, but the next second it's a blue bowl. (00:37:45)

Continuity mistake: After Pedro puts the cake down it moves closer to Summer's door and slides across her doorstep. The envelope under it also disappears and reappears. (00:26:35)

Visible crew/equipment: When Deb is calling Napoleon from the pay-phone, you can see the reflection of the camera-men in the payphone number-pad, as pointed out in the director commentary section of the DVD.

Continuity mistake: When Kelly is on the boat with Hank and the soon to be headless deputy, her green vest (life-jacket) is fully unzipped. When we see her immediately after she's been knocked in the water, her jacket is zipped almost all the way up.

Continuity mistake: When Milo is walking with the ladder and trips, his hat falls off. The hat is couple of yards away from the spot where it first landed in the next shot. (00:37:10)

Continuity mistake: When the detective is in Patrick's office questioning him about Paul Allen's disappearance, there is a bottle and a glass on the table. A glass ashtray appears by the bottle and the glass then disappears between shots. (00:34:20 - 00:35:30)

Visible crew/equipment: When we see Nancy, Robert, Dale and Brennan on the boat, as the camera pans past Robert and Nancy, you can see the camera reflected in the shiny post of the boats wheel. (00:14:55)

Continuity mistake: When Brennan and Dale are in the tree house and Derek comes up to talk to them, the soda can over Derek's shoulder moves around between shots. (00:27:15)

Continuity mistake: After the first dinner scene with the family, Dale finally decides to leave and head upstairs. He places his napkin down next to his plate. In the next shot it has vanished. It then reappears a few shots later. (00:10:15)

Revealing mistake: In the early aerial shots of Raccoon City, look to the left of the screen and you can see the CN Tower, a very recognizable landmark that is definitely in Toronto, not Raccoon City. This is due to the fact that film was shot in Canada. (00:05:25)

Continuity mistake: After Jonathan saves the baby from the car he goes to the funeral. In the funeral he starts talking to the baby's father and while they are talking you see a bald man with glasses pass by and glance at the baby and then in another scene you see the same bald guy pass again. (00:59:30)
