Revealing mistake: The location of and distance between windows on the mobile home should stay the same, but do not. The home's exterior is constructed of vertical boards/slats, which can be used to make a rough estimate of the number (then distance). Initially, there were about 24 vertical boards between the shortest window and the window to its right (on-screen). When David and Anne were close to the house, there were a lot more boards between these windows - closer to 36+. The mobile home was "fabricated". (00:02:18)

The Toll (2020)
Revealing mistake: The Uber car's instrument panel did not appear to be functional (indicating it was fake). On the driver's side, the numbers in the two large circles were not discernable, but one had to be the speedometer. On the left side, the arrow pointed to maybe 6 MPH, even when the posted speed limit was 60 MPH. The gauge on the right side stayed at the bottom of the left side at zero. (00:09:50 - 00:13:05)

The Predator (2018)
Revealing mistake: The covering of snow was not real snow. When the trick-or-treaters are first seen, there are images of footprints (shoeprints) in the snow, but the trick-or-treaters walking over the "snow" do not leave any footprints. (00:44:38)

Separation (2021)
Revealing mistake: The staircase to the second floor bedrooms is awkward, not in proportion to the rest of the house, and usually only the section that is needed for a particular shot is shown (and the section is most likely a replica). In particular, the staircase would be quite steep - and extend well into the attic! - if the upper portion continued at the same grade/angle as the lower steps. The perpendicular entrance is too short and both posts are not always on the floor (one may be at the end of the steps). (00:23:04 - 00:28:12)

Separation (2021)
Revealing mistake: When Grandpa Paul Rivers (probably a substitute of some kind) was falling (pushed) down the stairs, his body was "floating" and not actually making contact with the steps. (01:33:30)

A Quiet Place Part II (2020)
Revealing mistake: Emmet held a cigarette lighter, displaying a fairly high flame for a long period of time and even held the lighter sideways in his palm without burning his hand! If it were a real flame, he most certainly would not be able to hold it lit very long and would have burned his hand. (00:24:25 - 00:25:25)

A Quiet Place Part II (2020)
Revealing mistake: The "baby" looked quite "rubbery" at times and its limited movements (even motionless) and lack of sound are indicative of a "fake" baby (doll) most of the time. The baby was mostly kept covered in some kind of box and did not even cry when the mother was running with it (while in her arms or in the box). (00:14:35 - 00:20:30)
Suggested correction: This is not really a "revealing mistake." Fake babies are used in movies all the time. Due to the complexities of filmmaking, it is simply impractical and impossible to use real infants for most scenes. Child safety and labor laws strictly limits how long a baby can be on set. A fake baby may or may not look "rubbery" but that is what they had to work with.
Your correction is precisely what makes it a revealing mistake. Explaining why a mistake occurs doesn't invalidate the mistake. You could only argue that it doesn't look fake or a real baby was used, but since that's not the case, the mistake stands.
A "mistake" is an unplanned and/or unwanted circumstance. Obviously using a fake baby was an intentional decision. At best, this should be classified as a "Deliberate Mistake."
This very website defines "revealing" mistakes as: "Anything which gives away filming techniques, such as stunt wires being visible, or glass smashing before anyone goes through it." (And I could be wrong, but I believe the definition used to be even broader.) An obviously fake baby falls under that umbrella, and always has. You simply can't argue that it's not a revealing mistake by the rules of this site just because it was a deliberate choice by the filmmakers. Heck, even under your strict definition of mistake (which is very problematic, because it doesn't really account for plenty of things that 99.9% of people would commonly consider "movie mistakes"), it's still a mistake, since the filmmakers wanted people to think it's real, and we obviously don't - ergo an unplanned circumstance.
It is a revealing mistake. They could have used CGI, shot some baby sequences separately and edited them in, etc. There are many ways they could have done things differently; they would just have been more complicated and cost more. The option they went with wasn't all they had to work with; it's just what they chose to work with.

Here Today (2021)
Revealing mistake: After Charlie talks to Emma in Francine's old bedroom and is standing in the doorway, the background (segment of the hallway) is obviously fake. Shown are less than five of the top steps on the staircase, only a fraction of the size of real steps. The lower section of the banister is also a reduced size. (01:31:35)

A League Of Their Own (1992)
Revealing mistake: It is obvious Dottie's bat did not make contact with the ball when she hit the home run, and the sound of a bat hitting a ball was a little off. This is true for many others at bat during the movie. (00:11:50)

A League Of Their Own (1992)
Revealing mistake: When Jimmy is talking to Dottie by her car, shots facing Dottie show her standing near the rear of her car, but shots facing Jimmy place Dottie close to the driver's door. Dottie is close to Jimmy (near the front) when he leaves, but is next shown taking a few steps from the rear of the vehicle to reach the front (where she just was). (01:30:46 - 01:32:08)

City of Lies (2018)
Revealing mistake: When Poole arrives at the accident scene, both vehicles involved are in different positions. Kevin's SUV is partly in front of the Food Mart. Frank Lyga's car is about twice as far away from the SUV, the front is angled outward, and it isn't even close to the curb. Also, there are parking spaces to the right of the Mart, but not the handicapped parking that was there earlier. (00:19:26)

City of Lies (2018)
Revealing mistake: After Frank shoots Kevin and Kevin's SUV hits the curb, the background/scenery changes as well as the position of Frank's car. Frank initially pulls along the curb (behind the SUV) with his car at about a 30° angle. The next time Frank's car is shown, it is almost perpendicular to the curb and the Food Mart. When Rupple and Frank have their guns aimed, they would be aiming inside the Mart, not toward Kevin. Objects in the background also change (e.g, fire hydrant, telephone pole appear). (00:16:48)

Midnight in the Switchgrass (2021)
Revealing mistake: The "bridge" within the crime scene tape is obviously a prop. It should be a continuation of the road, but it is tilted to the left and is more vertical (around 45°). The bridge isn't even very high. When Byron and others go under the bridge to look at the dead girl, there is only a few feet above their heads (clearance under the bridge). (00:04:54)

Good Boys (2019)
Revealing mistake: The 3-light tree floor lamp in Soren's house (upstairs where Lucas and Thor encountered Hannah and Lily) has "fake" lights. Instead of seeing light from actual bulbs, each is simply a solid white circular shape. (01:16:30)

Out of Death (2021)
Revealing mistake: The "unnatural seam" (line) across Jimmy's forehead and beyond - as well as the overall appearance of his head - indicates that he is NOT "naturally bald"! His "fake" bald head was not put on nearly as well as those seen in numerous other movies. [The actor playing the character does not have much hair in real life, but he also doesn't have that artifical line across his forehead.]. (00:07:13)

Running on Empty (1988)
Revealing mistake: The palm trees next to the building Arthur came out were not real trees. One is flush against the front wall of the building and another is in a nearby corner. The palm tree in front looked completely flat - like a large piece of cardboard or maybe painted on the wall. Palm trees should be at least 30' away from a structure as well as outdoor pipes, buried lines, etc. They grow a big central root below the trunk and MANY thin roots running horizontal close to the surface - some may be exposed. The Little Things (2021)
Revealing mistake: Deacon uses "hidden" food to get the dog to come up to him. The "treat" is largely concealed - but the dog's slobber gives it away. The camera shifts after Deacon's hand goes next to the dog's mouth, giving the impression that Deacon is just petting the dog under his neck. (00:06:35)
Suggested correction: He was feeding him. You can see him eating out of his hand. The food isn't "hidden" You can hear the dog sounding as if he were eating something and his face is in his hand. Those were added sound effects in post. At first glance I got the impression he was giving the dog a treat as they were pals.
Part 1: Based on the circumstances plus Deacon's actions immediately before, during, and after his encounter with the dog, I believe it was a lousy attempt at luring the dog but trying to give the impression there was no lure (food). Deacon did not have food when he came out of his house and wasn't expecting the dog to be there. Deacon even pointed his right fingers toward the dog when he said, " You [are] the one [who has] been gone for the last two weeks." Deacon stoops down and [continued].
Part 2:...makes an effort to point his right hand fingers downward, again giving the impression he wasn't holding anything (food). If feeding a hungry, cautious dog, I think he would have displayed the food in the palm of his hand (what is there to hide if actually feeding the dog?). When "sneaking" the food into the dog's mouth, a small piece can be seen falling to the ground. Deacon holds the dog under his neck, probably to keep the dog from reaching the food that has fallen.
Part 3: (The dog later picks up the piece that fell.) Taking all these odd movements into consideration, I'm sticking with my assertion - Deacon "surreptiously" lured the dog, but his actions were noticeable, thereby revealing what was actually happening. Also, if the dog was missing for two weeks, Deacon would not have been likely to bring food out for the dog that morning. Anyone wanting to view the scene and serve as a tie-breaker, start at 00:06:26, watch Deacon's right fingers @ 0:06:32+.

Half Brothers (2020)
Revealing mistake: The backgrounds during the pawn shop scenes often change, suggesting the use of a "green screen." For example, the grandfather clock was behind the clerk to his left, then not there, but back again. Sometimes shirts are hanging in the front windows but other times there are other items there. (00:47:57)

The Virtuoso (2021)
Revealing mistake: Much of the cemetery scene with the Mentor was "green screened." The backgrounds were inconsistent (e.g, trees and tree trunks) and sometimes the Virtuoso's and Mentor's head were practically together when facing each other. The sizes of their heads also varied at times. The Mentor also was at an angle to the Virtuoso during his long speech, at least giving the impression that he was using cue cards to remember his lines. A couple times, the Mentor looked like he lost his place. (00:15:24)
