As he heads down the hallway towards the kitchen, look to the right of the screen and you can see a crew members hand on one of the stiles of the handrail of the staircase.

Continuity mistake: In the ending cutscene of the G5-Building level, you will see you have come out of a plain wall, which you blew down before completing this level.

Visible crew/equipment: In the end of the movie when Kurt is arrested, the camera and a crew member wearing sunglasses are reflected in the side of the police car.

Continuity mistake: As Mr. Bailey brings back a Mondo Burger, Spatch picks it up with a spatula. The close up scene shows the spatula bending. Not only should the burger have fallen off, as Spatch throws the spatula back down, the spatula is straight again as he grunts off.

Continuity mistake: When Dexter is having lunch, there are trays behind him. When Mr. Wheat is with him, the left trays are tall. When Ed comes, the left side is short.

Visible crew/equipment: When Dexter is driving with his friend in his mom's car you can see a police officer stopping traffic for the shoot, when they make a right turn on to the street where the car accident occurs.

Other mistake: The jigsaw puzzle Steve and Blue help Shovel and Pail with has a picture of everyone playing musical chairs from the Mailbox's Birthday episode, but Steve suddenly isn't in the puzzle. He played musical chairs, so he should've been in the puzzle.
