Continuity mistake: In the 2nd DataDyne level when Joanna punches the guard in the elevator, the guard is facing away from the elevator door and has his head below the wall. But in the next level, when the guard wakes up, he has his head down below the door, even though he was supposed to be unconscious.

Continuity mistake: In the first DataDyne level, when the player punches Cassandra in her office, the necklace isn't on Cassandra's collar because the player has it. But then in the G5 Building level when the player sees Cassandra in the meeting room via Camspy, the necklace is back on her collar.

Continuity mistake: The rocking chair that Lou is sleeping on is facing the side away from the doorway alongside the table next to it. When the delivery guy starts walking in to pick up the box and give the receipt to Lou sleeping, the chair and table are straight next to the doorway.

Continuity mistake: When Grandpa Lou is in the rocking chair taking a nap, he has a newspaper in his hand, and Boris' goat tears a piece of paper off it. When the babies see and get on the Reptar wagon, the newspaper has changed into a blank piece of paper.

Continuity mistake: When the monkey's owners are having coffee and donuts at the train station, they notice that the monkeys are on the train. When they go out going after the train, they seem to be on a sidewalk next to the railroad tracks. But then in the next shot when the train fully has ran away, boards have appeared, basically to keep the owners safe from those tracks.

Continuity mistake: When Grandpa Lou and Stu are looking through the front driveway noticing the Reptar wagon and babies are missing when seeing the bottle on the carpet, the bottle is still on the carpet with spilled milk. When they return home looking around the house for the kids, the bottle is gone and the carpet is completely clean.

Continuity mistake: When Stu shows Tommy a picture of him and Drew as younger siblings when he's explaining the brothers' relationship, the picture is still in his hand. But in the next shot it's not.

Continuity mistake: When Grandpa Lou tries hammering a Christmas decoration in the cabin, Spike barks and startles Lou, leaving a wound on his finger. In the next shot when Didi hollers for dinner, a bandage suddenly appears on it.

Continuity mistake: When Ed is looking at the contract Dexter gave him, the fan behind Dexter is spinning around in slow speed in the shot where Ed says "Mm-hmm, mm-hmmm." But in the next shot of Dexter, the fan is spinning around much faster.

Continuity mistake: Dexter is driving the ice cream truck back to Good Burger. When they all arrive the truck is parked in the driveway, but at the very end of the film when everyone is cheering Dexter and Ed for saving Good Burger, look through the window and the truck is gone.
