Continuity mistake: This is hard to describe. When Chucky gets tased, the way the bomb he's holding flies through the air changes between cuts. It's quickly cut, but noticeable if you pay attention. First it's behind Chucky (right in front of Gary's face), then it's in front of him but he flies in front of it so it's behind him, then he lands and it lands in front of him.

Continuity mistake: When Lexy is descending the stairs to the living room where Chucky is waiting, at one point, it cuts to Devon, and you can see Lexy in the background stopped and watching what's happening except in the previous shot and the next shot where you see her, she's still descending the stairs and hasn't seen them yet. (Seems they took a shot from later in the sequence and cut it in a little earlier).
