Continuity mistake: When Buffy is talking to Owen at the end, there is a woman wearing a red/black checkered jacket, sometimes carrying a red bag, walking up the stairs behind Owen several times. You can also see her behind Buffy in shots facing her. (00:40:25)

Continuity mistake: After Marcel has escaped from the basement, he is eating a banana as a pair of arms reach out to grab him. These arms are supposed to belong to Mr Heckles, their weird neighbour, however the arms belong to someone young, large and hair free. (00:16:10)

Darkness Falls - S1-E20

Continuity mistake: When they find the felled ancient tree, the stump that Mulder clambers up onto to investigate the growth rings has a distinctive crack at the center and the growth rings are irregular in shape. However the stump that we get a close up of has no crack and regular circular rings. (00:18:20)

Shadows - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: When Mulder and Scully are questioning Lauren in the investigation room, the piece of paper on Mulder's jacket changes place in between shots. (00:31:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When Frank and Hot Lips are walking into the mess tent for Frank's surpise party, if you look in the window to the right of the door, you can see a person silhouetted, throwing leaves into the wind.

Continuity mistake: When Martin first brings the sheet of paper out of the box with the lyrics to his best song on it, the paper has a section torn out of one corner. A couple of shots later and the paper is whole.

Continuity mistake: Roz, Niles and Frazier are in Cafe Nervosa having coffee. Niles has his hand open against his cup while Roz is making a suggestive remark but in the next shot his hands are laced together on the table.

Continuity mistake: When Daphne and Martin are sitting at the dining table talking about Arty, Martin has a bowl of chips and a glass of milk which change position between shots.
